Location

The hotel "Paralos Venus Suites", newly opened in 2022, offers every comfort for adults aged 16 and over. The hotel is quietly located slightly outside the center of Analipsis village and approx. 300 m from the sand/pebble beach. A bus stop is located on the main road about 800 m away. The distance to Heraklion Airport is approx. 20 km.

The adult-only complex, renovated in 2022, has 66 rooms and offers a 24-hour reception, Wi-Fi (included throughout the complex), the à la carte restaurant "Diktamos" with upscale Greek and Mediterranean cuisine, the "Cretan Bio À la carte Restaurant" with traditional Greek cuisine made from local organic products, a bar, and its own wine cellar (1x per week wine tasting included). In the well-kept outdoor area, there are 3 swimming pools (two of them heated, from April to mid-May and from mid to end of October, up to 26°), each with hydromassage jets and a sun terrace. There is also a Rooftop+Sunset Lounge, a rooftop fitness area, and a playroom with billiards, card games, and a small library. Sun loungers and umbrellas are included at the pools, at the beach for a fee (by third-party provider). Parking at the hotel is included, subject to availability.

Deluxe Double Room

The modernly furnished rooms feature a walk-in shower/WC, hairdryer, bath amenities, bathrobes, slippers, queen-size bed, pillow menu, turndown service, fan, individually adjustable air conditioning, Smart LED satellite TV, telephone, Wi-Fi, ironing board, minibar, safe, espresso coffee machine (2 capsules included daily), kettle for coffee/tea, a bottle of water per day, and a balcony or terrace (DD2).

Junior Suite

These rooms have the same amenities as the Deluxe Double Rooms but are slightly more spacious (JS2/JSI).
Available at an additional cost with sea view (J2M).

The Junior Suites are optionally available as swim-up (SUJ) rooms (heated from April to mid-May and from mid to end of October to 26°).

Junior Suite Private Pool Sea View

Like the Junior Suites, additionally featuring a private pool (heated from April to mid-May and from mid to end of October to 26°) and sea view (SI2).

With the same amenities as the Double Rooms, these suites consist of a separate bedroom, a living/sleeping area, and feature a private pool (heatable from April to mid-May and mid to end of October) and sea view (IP2).

Meals

Breakfast/Half Board/Premium All Inclusive

Breakfast (7:30-10:30 AM) with a gourmet buffet and à la carte menu. With half board, dinner (6:30-9:30 PM) is also available à la carte (reservations required, drinks not included). Guests with half board can also dine once a week at the "Cretan Bio" à la carte restaurant with a minimum stay of 5 nights (reservations required, drinks not included).
A menu with light dishes is available for lunch (12:30-5 PM, for a fee). Only local Cretan and Greek products are used to bring you healthy, delicious, and authentic Cretan cuisine.

The all-inclusive program at Paralos Venus Suites offers more than just comfort – it is a sophisticated experience of Cretan and Greek gastronomy.
At the Diktamos Restaurant, breakfast is served buffet-style with additional à la carte dishes from 7:30 AM to 10:30 AM. For late risers, there is a small breakfast buffet from 10:30 AM to 11 AM. For lunch from 12:30 PM to 3 PM and for dinner from 6:30 PM to 9:30 PM, a variety of à la carte dishes are offered. Additionally, dinner can optionally be enjoyed at the Cretan Bio Restaurant. Here, regional à la carte dishes are also offered from 6:30 PM to 9:30 PM. Still and sparkling water, a curated wine list, Greek draft and bottled beer, soft drinks, and a selection of non-alcoholic options are included with lunch and dinner.
At the Pool & Snack Bar, coffee specialties, fresh juices, soft drinks, beer, cocktails, spirits, mocktails, and smoothies are available from 10 AM to midnight. From 11 AM to 12:30 PM and from 3 PM to 6 PM, it is snack & coffee time with a selection of pastries, cakes, healthy snacks, and sandwiches.
Upon arrival, you will find dried fruits, nuts, raki, a bottle of wine, and a selection of non-alcoholic beverages in the minibar.

Note on Climate Resilience Contribution

For stays from January 1, 2018 onwards, the Greek government levies a climate resilience contribution, payable by the guest locally, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and, as of January 1, 2025, ranges from 0.50 Euros to 15 Euros per day and room.
For stays during the high season from April 1 to October 31:
