The luxurious Sea Side A Lifestyle Resort is located in Agia Pelagia. The village of Mononaftis is situated very close to the hotel. Mononaftis Beach is only approx. 60 m from the hotel, and Heraklion Airport is approx. 30 km away. A bus stop is located directly in front of the hotel.

The modern adults-only hotel (from 16 years) has a total of 245 rooms, a reception (24h), Wi-Fi in public areas (included), a main restaurant with terrace, 3 à la carte restaurants (Asian, Cretan, and Sicilian), a main bar, 2 elevators, a mini-market, and a conference room. The garden area features 2 pool/snack bars and 3 saltwater swimming pools. Sun loungers and umbrellas are available free of charge on the sun terrace and for a fee on the beach.

Double Room Prime

The modern and beautifully furnished rooms feature a shower/WC, Wi-Fi (included), satellite TV (with movie and sports channels), a new bed with a new mattress, air conditioning (included, centrally controlled), safe, mini-fridge, kettle, coffee/tea making facilities, and a balcony or terrace (D). Optionally available at an extra charge for single occupancy (DE), with a sea side view (OPM), as a double room Prime with a side sea view (DMS), or with a direct sea view (DM/DMI).

Double Room Casa Swim Up

With the same amenities as the Double Rooms Prime, these rooms additionally feature direct access to a shared pool with a land view (CD2). Optionally available at an extra charge also with a side sea view (CDM), as a Casa Swim up Sunset with a sea view from the balcony (CSS), or with a direct sea view (CSV).

Cape Suite

The newly built rooms have the same amenities as the Double Rooms Prime and feature a terrace with sun loungers, access to a private pool, and a direct sea view (C2S).

Lifestyle Suite

The spacious junior suites with garden or mountain view have the same amenities as the Double Rooms Prime, plus a selection of luxury toiletries in the bathroom (S2).
Optionally available at an extra charge also with a direct sea view (S2M).

Suite on The Rocks

The exclusive rooms have the same amenities as the Lifestyle Suites, plus bathrobes, access to a private terrace with pool, and a breathtaking sea view (ROS).

Suite Loft

The newly built duplex-style suites with a direct sea view have the same amenities as the double rooms and are arranged over 2 floors, featuring an open-plan bedroom with a double bed on the upper floor and two sofa beds in the lower living/sleeping area (L2G).
Optionally available at an extra charge also with direct access to a private pool (SP2).

Suite Summer private Pool

The high-quality Summer Suites consist of a living/sleeping area with a visually separated bedroom and have the same amenities as the Double Rooms Prime, plus luxury toiletries in the bathroom, a furnished terrace with access to a private pool, and a direct sea view from the terrace (IP2).

Breakfast (7:30 AM - 10:30 AM), lunch (12:30 PM - 2:30 PM), and dinner (6:30 PM - 9:30 PM) with show cooking served buffet style in the main restaurant.
Early bird breakfast (5:00 AM - 7:30 AM) upon request and late riser breakfast (10:30 AM - 11:00 AM). Snacks (sandwiches, pancakes, fruits, etc.) from 11:00 AM to 5:30 PM at the pool bars "Pelagos" and "Thalassa".
Local and international alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages are included at the bars that are open from 10:00 AM to 12:00 AM (midnight).
All guests with a minimum stay of 7 days have the option to dine once each at the Cretan taverna "Minoan" (7:00 PM - 10:00 PM), the Asian à la carte restaurant (Peruvian and Asian cuisine), and the Gourmet Restaurant (7:00 PM - 10:00 PM) with a set menu (including soft drinks, alcoholic beverages at a charge). A reservation 3 days in advance is required for each restaurant.

Not included in All Inclusive

The Gourmet Restaurant offers special events such as lobster nights and fresh fish (each at a charge, 7:00 PM - 10:00 PM).
Dinner at the "Umi Nikkei" à la carte restaurant (Peruvian and Asian cuisine, reservation required) and at the "Oceano" à la carte restaurant (reservation required).

Note on Climate Resilience Levy

For stays from January 1st, 2018 onwards, the Greek government levies a climate resilience fee, which is to be paid by the guest on-site, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and is tiered from 0.50 Euro to 15 Euro per day and room starting from January 1st, 2025.
For stays during the high season (April 1st - October 31st):
