Location

The Seascape Luxury Residence is located in Agia Pelagia, approx. 50 m from the sand/pebble beach. Shops and entertainment facilities are in the vicinity. Heraklion Airport is approx. 25 km away.

Facilities

The adult-friendly complex (bookable for ages 14 and up) comprises a total of 33 accommodation units, located in 2-storey buildings around the pool area, and offers a reception (8 am-10 pm) with luggage storage. Wi-Fi is included in public areas and rooms. The outdoor area features two swimming pools with sun terrace and a pool/snackbar (for a fee). Sun loungers and umbrellas are included by the pool, for a fee at the beach. Parking spaces at the hotel are included, subject to availability.

The modernly built rooms feature a walk-in shower/WC, hairdryer, bathrobes, slippers, individually adjustable air conditioning, Wi-Fi, safe, flat-screen satellite TV, and a balcony or terrace (DSU). Water, raki, and fruit are provided in the room upon arrival.

Deluxe Apartment Pool View

The high-quality apartments consist of a living/sleeping area with a kitchenette (oven with hob, fridge, kettle, dishes, water, raki, and fruit included upon arrival), walk-in shower/WC, Wi-Fi, bathrobes, slippers, individually adjustable air conditioning, safe, flat-screen satellite TV, and a balcony or terrace (1 room, HB2).

Deluxe Apartment Pool View 1 Bedroom

With the same amenities as the Deluxe Apartment Pool View, these feature a separate bedroom. Water, raki, and fruit are provided in the room upon arrival (H2N).

Note for climate resilience contribution

For stays from 01.01.2018 onwards, the Greek government levies a climate resilience contribution, which is to be paid by the guest on-site, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and is tiered from 0.50 Euro to 15 Euro per day and room from 01.01.2025.
