Location

This adults-only hotel, bookable for guests aged 18 and over, is quietly located in the resort of Tigaki, near the Aliki nature reserve. The long sandy beach is only about 300 metres away, and the town centre with a wide selection of bars, restaurants, and shops is approximately 150 metres away. A bus stop is also about 150 metres away. Kos Airport is about 17 km away.

The complex is a renovated hotel belonging to the Gaia group, with a total of 56 modern rooms and exclusively bookable for adults. It is the ideal choice for couples or friends seeking peace and relaxation.
Facilities include a reception hall with a 24-hour reception, a lobby with a TV corner, a mini-market in the neighbouring hotel, and a restaurant and a cocktail bar. Outside, there is a small, well-kept garden, a swimming pool, and a pool bar. Sun loungers and umbrellas are available free of charge by the pool. Wi-Fi is included throughout the hotel complex.

Meals include breakfast from 7:30 AM to 10 AM, lunch from 1 PM to 2:30 PM, and dinner from 7 PM to 9 PM. Snacks are offered daily from 10 AM to 6 PM at the pool bar. Coffee and cake are available there from 4 PM to 5 PM, and coffee and tea from 10 AM to 9 PM.
Local alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages are served at the main bar from 10 AM to 11 PM, including water, soft drinks, juices, local draft beer, local house wine, as well as Ouzo, rum, brandy, gin, vodka, and tequila.
Gluten-free and lactose-free meals are available on request at the property.

Note on climate resilience levy

For stays from 01.01.2018 onwards, the Greek government levies a climate resilience fee, which is to be paid by the guest locally, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and will be tiered from 0.50 Euros to 15 Euros per day and room from 01.01.2025.
