The 4-star Hotel White Olive Marine Aquapark is situated in a quiet, prime location directly on the beach of Tigaki, approximately 19 km from the airport. A bus stop is about 400 m away. The center of Tigaki is approx. 5 km away, Kos town approx. 6 km.

The family-friendly resort has 338 accommodation units and was renovated in 2024. Facilities include a 24-hour reception, the main restaurant "Nafsika", the à la carte restaurant "Elea", a BBQ and pool snack area, and an ice cream parlor (for a fee). Further facilities include a lobby bar and a pool bar, as well as the 24-hour reception. The outdoor area features a well-kept garden and four swimming pools: a children's pool, a wave pool, the "Water Park" themed pool with slides, and the "Adults Only" relax pool (16+) with its own pool bar. Sun loungers and umbrellas are available free of charge by the pool and on the beach. Bath towels can be rented for a deposit. Wi-Fi is available free of charge throughout the hotel. The hotel also has a luggage room and free parking.

In the main restaurant "Nafsika", breakfast (7–10 am), late riser breakfast (10–10:30 am), lunch (12:30–2:30 pm), and dinner (6:30–9:30 pm) are served. Between 11 am and 12 pm, fruit, pastries, cakes, and cookies are available in the BBQ and snack area; additionally, various snacks are offered there from 11 am to 6 pm. At the designated bars (10 am–11 pm), non-alcoholic local brand drinks, hot beverages, alcoholic local brand drinks, and selected cocktails are included (branded drinks are not included in the all-inclusive).
A complimentary dinner per stay is possible in the à la carte restaurant "Elea" (7–10:30 pm, only for stays of at least 7 nights, reservation required). Appropriate attire (smart casual) is requested for dinner. Vegetarian dishes, children's menus, and meals for special dietary needs are also offered.

Information on climate resilience levy

For stays from January 1, 2018, the Greek government levies a climate resilience fee, which is to be paid by the guest on-site, comparable to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and is tiered from 0.50 Euros to 15 Euros per day and room from January 1, 2025.
