Location

The boutique hotel is located in the heart of Tigaki, only about 200 meters from the sandy beach. Bars and restaurants are in the immediate vicinity and can be easily reached on foot. The center of Kos Town is about 10 kilometers away. Kos Airport is around 20 kilometers away.

Facilities

This family-run adults-only hotel, bookable for guests aged 16 and over, consists of a main building and outbuildings housing a total of 51 rooms. A 24-hour reception with a lobby and luggage storage is available. Wi-Fi is free throughout the complex.
Further facilities include a mini-market, a souvenir shop, and a public taverna (not an adults-only area) with a terrace. A pool bar with a terrace is open daily from 10 AM to midnight. The hotel also offers an outdoor swimming pool (10 AM–7 PM), a sun terrace, and a well-maintained garden. Beach towels are available free of charge. Sun loungers and umbrellas are available free of charge by the pool, and for a fee on the public beach.

Double room

The double rooms feature a bathroom with a walk-in shower/WC, hairdryer, toiletries, individually adjustable air conditioning (included), telephone, safe (included), Smart satellite TV, mini-fridge, kettle, coffee/tea station, and a balcony or terrace (D).
Optionally, for three people with an additional bed, bookable as a double room type A (DA), at an extra charge.

Breakfast/Half Board

Buffet breakfast (7:30 AM - 10 AM).
With half board booked, an additional à la carte dinner is served in the taverna (6:30 PM - 9 PM).
Drinks are not included with dinner.
Early bird breakfast is available upon request.
Vegetarian menus and menus for special dietary needs are available upon request.

Information on climate resilience contribution

For stays from 01.01.2018 onwards, the Greek government charges a climate resilience contribution, payable by the guest locally, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and is tiered from 0.50 Euros to 15 Euros per day and room from 01.01.2025.
