Location

The hotel is separated from the long, fine sandy beach only by a small, low-traffic coastal road. Kos town is about 12 km away. In the immediate vicinity, you will find tavernas, restaurants, bars, and shops. A bus stop is approximately 400 m away.

Facilities

This popular hotel has a total of 248 rooms and offers a 24-hour reception with a cozy seating area, elevators, a lounge, a bar with a terrace, a satellite TV room, a mini-market, and a restaurant. The tropical garden area features two large freshwater swimming pools, one of which has an integrated whirlpool, as well as two separate children's pools. A sun terrace with free loungers and umbrellas is available; beach towels can be rented for a deposit. Loungers and umbrellas on the beach are available for a fee. Wi-Fi is available throughout the property.

Double Room Main Building

The rooms are located in the main building and feature a shower/WC, telephone, radio, hairdryer, air conditioning (1.6.-30.9.), refrigerator, safety deposit box (rental fee), satellite TV, and balcony (D/DI).
For a 2+2 occupancy, bunk beds are available for children (2EK).
Available as single occupancy (DEB) or, for an extra charge, as a double room with sea view (DM/DMI).

Single Room

These rooms have the same amenities as the double rooms but are located either in the main building or in the annex buildings (DE).

Double Room Pool/Garden View

With the same amenities as the double rooms, these are located in the annex buildings, are more spacious, and feature a bath/WC, coffee/tea making facilities, and pool/garden view (DPG). Also available for single occupancy at an additional charge (DEA), and as a super-saver room (SSZ, run of the house).

Buffet breakfast in the main restaurant (7-9:45 AM), late riser's breakfast with a small buffet and snacks at the pool/snack bar (10-11:30 AM), lunch (12:30-2 PM), and dinner (6:30-9 PM), all served buffet-style in the main restaurant. In the afternoon, from 4:30 PM to 5:30 PM, cake/snacks and ice cream are available from 10 AM to 5 PM at the pool/snack bar. Drinks are included from 10 AM to 11 PM. From 6 PM onwards, a selection of local alcoholic beverages (Ouzo, Vodka, Gin, Rum, Brandy, and 6 cocktails) is also included.

Not Included in All Inclusive

Drinks are available for a charge from 11 PM to 1 AM.

Sports included

Hard tennis court, volleyball, beach volleyball, and table tennis.

Bicycle rental is available in the vicinity. A water sports center is located on Tigaki beach (approx. 500 m away).

Note on climate resilience fee

For stays from January 1, 2018, the Greek government imposes a climate resilience fee, payable by the guest locally, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and ranges from 0.50 Euro to 15 Euro per day per room from January 1, 2025.
