Location

The timelessly elegant resort is situated in seclusion on a property of around 100,000 m² and nestles around a spacious lagoon surrounded by exotic, tropical gardens, gently sloping down to the sand and pebble beach. The beach is accessible after approximately 50 m. The tourist center and Kos town are each around 4 km away. Shops are also located about 4 km away, and a supermarket is reachable in about 1 km. Bars and restaurants are about 4 km away, and Kos Airport is approx. 38 km away. The nearest bus stop is about 500 m away.

The beachfront hotel has a total of 384 rooms. It offers its guests a 24-hour reception, a lobby with a bar, 3 elevators, air conditioning, a safe, a hairdresser, a jewelry store, a mini-market, other shops, and parking. Six restaurants and a bistro "Crêperie-Gelateria" cater to guests' culinary needs. The hotel's 5 bars look forward to welcoming you. The outdoor area of the hotel includes 3 saltwater pools with a separate freshwater children's pool. Sunshades and sun loungers are included and available by the pool and on the beach. Wi-Fi is included throughout the hotel complex.

Accommodation

Double Room

Spacious, elegantly furnished guest rooms in the main building with beautiful sea or garden views, decorated with bamboo summer furniture and blue and white fabrics. They offer a spacious bathroom with a sink & bathtub, hairdryer, cosmetic mirror, direct dial telephone, satellite TV, music channels, bathrobes and slippers, air conditioning, refrigerator, espresso machine (2 capsules per person/day included, with All Inclusive Plus), coffee/tea station, electronic safe, and a large wardrobe. They also feature a balcony or terrace (D/DI). Upon arrival, you will be greeted with a welcome drink, and traditional sweets and wine will be waiting for you in your room.
Available as Economy Room (SSZ), Double Room with side sea view (DMS), or direct sea view (DM/DMI), and for single use (DE, upon request) with side sea view (DES, upon request) or sea view (DEM, upon request).

Bungalow

Nestled amidst fragrant, colorful gardens, these cozy bungalows are designed for ultimate comfort and offer an airy, modern interior for endless relaxation. The furnishings and amenities are identical to the double rooms. They feature a double bed and an additional single bed and are available with garden view (B2A) (B1A for single use; upon request), side sea view (2BS) (BS1 for single use, upon request), pool view (B2O) (B1O for single use, upon request), or in the first row to the beach with direct sea view and additional service (see hotel service, B2M).

Petit Family Bungalow

These cozy and comfortable garden guest rooms, set in a family-friendly village atmosphere, are located amidst fragrant Mediterranean gardens and are slightly more spacious with two sleeping areas separated by a sliding door (FB1). The amenities are identical to the double rooms.

Petit Family Room

Located in the main building of the resort, the Petit Family Room is ideal for young families. It offers plenty of space and endless opportunities for relaxation from the fully furnished terrace (PFF). The amenities and size are identical to the Petit Family Bungalows.

Family Room

The cleverly designed Family Rooms offer space and comfort, featuring separate sleeping and living areas. The family-friendly rooms have a sleeping area for children with 2 single beds and a bedroom with a double bed. The bathroom with a double sink is accessible from both rooms. They are located in the main building with views of the lush gardens (DF2).

Family Bungalow Pool View

Specially designed for families, this bright accommodation features two separate bedrooms for added comfort and a furnished balcony or terrace for endless relaxation and precious family time. They are located in the garden area and offer the same comfort as the family rooms (BFP). Also available with garden view (FB2).

Bungalow Maisonette Side Sea View

Built in the style of a village bungalow, these maisonettes feature a comfortable master bedroom on the entrance level and a beautiful wooden staircase leading up to the children's sleeping quarters, providing more privacy (BMG). In addition to the usual amenities, the maisonettes have 2 bathrooms, each with a sink and bathtub.

Junior Bungalow Suite

They offer a canopy bed and 2 additional single beds, a marble bathroom with two sinks and a bathtub. The bathtub is accessible independently from both bedrooms. The main restaurant "The Lagoon" offers international cuisine, organic food, seasonal dishes, vegetarian options, as well as buffet and show cooking. Gluten- and lactose-free dishes are available upon request. It is open daily from 7:15 AM - 10:30 AM, 12:30 PM - 2:30 PM, and 6:30 PM - 9:30 PM. Indoor and terrace seating is available, as well as high chairs for children. Appropriate attire is requested.
From 10 AM to 0:30 AM, you can get water, soft drinks, coffee & tea, and light snacks at the open bars during specific service times. A midnight snack is available from 11 PM to 1 AM. One meal per stay is possible in the A la carte restaurant; reservation required.

GrecoJuniors 7 – 12 years
Older children love action, and that's exactly what they get! Grecoland organizes sports, team games, water activities, creative crafts, and learning about our fragile planet in a playful way.
GrecoTeens 13+ years
Activities for teenagers aged 13-17 (from mid-June to mid-September). Including table tennis, water sports, tournaments, and various entertainment programs.

Wellness

The spa area includes a sauna, a steam bath, the Aqua Elixir indoor saltwater pool, and massages. All treatments and facilities are available for a fee.
