The 5-star hotel is quietly located above the sandy beach, about 250m away, and offers a magnificent view of the sea. The charming fishing village of Mastichari is only about 3 km away. Kos town is about 23 km away, and Kos Airport is approx. 8 km away.

The hotel complex will be extensively renovated in all public areas for summer 2026 and will reopen with a new concept and a wide range of sports and activity programs. The facilities include a main building and several annex buildings with a total of 223 rooms. The Kouros Palace Active Lifestyle has a reception hall with a 24-hour reception, a main restaurant, two à la carte restaurants (Beach Restaurant and Rooftop Restaurant), 4 bars (main, pool, beach and rooftop bar (beach and rooftop areas are operated from mid-May to mid-October; weather dependent)), free Wi-Fi in all areas, a mini-market, and 2 freshwater pools with a separate children's pool. Sun loungers and umbrellas, as well as beach towels, are available free of charge at the swimming pools and on the beach.
Entry to Lido Water Park (open weather permitting from mid-June to mid-September) is included for all guests. The hotel provides a free shuttle service to the park.

Note on climate resilience levy
