The adults-only Hotel Achilleas Lifestyle Beach is located between olive and cedar groves directly on a quiet sandy beach with a magnificent direct sea view. The fishing village of Mastichari is less than 2 km away. Mastichari offers shops, bars, and restaurants. A shuttle service to Kos Town is offered several times a week for a fee. Kos Airport is approximately 7 km away.

The adults-only holiday resort, bookable for guests aged 16 and over, has been renovated for Summer 2025 and welcomes its guests with a fresh bungalow design. Several buildings are spread throughout the lovingly landscaped garden area, offering 88 rooms with a modern feel-good atmosphere for relaxation. It offers guests a reception area with a 24-hour reception, luggage storage, a modernized restaurant with a terrace, a new BBQ restaurant, a main bar with indoor and outdoor seating, a rooftop lounge (open in the evenings only), free Wi-Fi throughout the premises, and an amphitheater. A beach bar is available on the beach for drinks. In the beautiful, spacious garden area, the renovated pool bar with indoor and outdoor seating awaits you with a wide selection of drinks. In the evening, you can round off the day by the fireplace with cozy hours. In addition to the swimming pool with a whirlpool, daybeds, lounges, and comfortable sun loungers invite you to dream. Sun loungers and umbrellas are included by the pool and on the beach. Bath towels can be borrowed free of charge.

The rooms, renovated for Summer 2025, feature a bathroom with a walk-in shower/WC, cosmetic mirror, hairdryer, toiletries, telephone, safe, individually adjustable air conditioning, ceiling fan, minibar (filled with water and soft drinks upon arrival), coffee/tea station and espresso machine (refilled every 2 days), Smart TV, full-length mirror, and a furnished balcony or terrace (DSU, 2+0/triple occupancy bookable under DSR). Also available for single use (DAE/DSE).

Superior Junior Suite

These are also renovated and have the same amenities as the Superior Double Rooms, are more spacious, and additionally feature a living area with a sofa bed, separated by a connecting door (JU2/LN2).

Superior Maisonette

Maisonettes, with otherwise identical amenities to the Superior Double Rooms, are spread over two floors. The upper floor has a bedroom with a double bed, and the lower area has a living room with a sofa bed, each with a Smart TV and a bathroom (one bathroom with a shower, one with a bathtub) (2MI).

The main restaurant opens for breakfast (7-10 am), lunch (12:30-2:30 pm), and dinner (6:30-9:30 pm). Meals are served buffet-style, with show cooking stations offering a fresh selection of additional dishes. A light breakfast with croissants, Greek pastries, coffee/tea, and juice is available from 10-11 am. Themed evenings are held twice a week. Water, soft drinks, juices, beer, and house wine are served with lunch and dinner.
Alternatively, dinner can be enjoyed at the a-la-carte BBQ restaurant (7-9:30 pm, reservation required, approximately mid-May to mid-October, weather permitting). Snacks, as well as cakes and ice cream, are available at the pool bar from 10 am to 5 pm.
Non-alcoholic drinks (e.g., soft drinks, coffee specialties, tea, juices) are included from 10 am to 11 pm, draught beer and house wine from 11 am to 11 pm. Other selected local alcoholic drinks such as brandy, vodka, gin, rum, tequila, whiskey, ouzo, as well as long drinks, liqueurs, and a wide selection of cocktails are also included from 11 am to 11 pm. Smart casual dress is requested for dinner.

Sports included

Table tennis, darts, beach volleyball, boccia, tennis court (rackets and balls can be borrowed free of charge at reception). Open-air fitness area with stretching and aerobics classes and water aerobics.

Wellness

Massages and various treatments are available for a fee.

Entertainment

Light entertainment program 4 evenings a week.

Hotel service

Room cleaning, towel change, and bed linen change every 2 days (daily service also possible on request (except Sundays).

Note on Climate Resilience Levy

For stays from 01.01.2018 onwards, the Greek government levies a climate resilience fee, which must be paid by the guest on-site, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and ranges from 0.50 Euro to 15 Euro per day and room from 01.01.2025.
