Location

The hotel is located in a quiet area directly on the beach. In addition to two coves with direct access to the sea, there are two small jetties that facilitate entry into the water. Shops and entertainment venues can be found in the fishing village of Mastichari, about 200m away. The center of Kos Town is about 20 km away, and the airport is approximately 6 km away. A public bus stop is located directly at the hotel.

The hotel complex, built in a village style, is attractively designed with beautiful gardens and has many regular guests. It features 281 rooms, a reception area with a 24-hour reception and lobby bar, a main restaurant, and an à la carte beach taverna/pizzeria, a lounge, a mini-market, and a bar. Wi-Fi is included throughout the hotel. The lush garden features 2 freshwater pools, a relaxation pool, and a pool/snack bar. Information on Climate Resilience Levy

For stays from January 1, 2018, the Greek government levies a climate resilience tax, which must be paid by the guest on-site, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and will be tiered from 0.50 Euros to 15 Euros per day per room starting January 1, 2025.
