The family-friendly and comfortable 4-star Sandy Beach Hotel is just 50 m from the fine-grained, gently sloping sandy beach of Marmari, which can be reached via the coastal road. Restaurants, taverns, and shops are in the immediate vicinity. A bus stop is located in front of the hotel.
The airport is approx. 15 km away.

The very well-maintained complex impresses with its diverse offerings and excellent service. In addition to a total of 239 rooms and suites, the hotel has a lobby with a 24-hour reception, a satellite TV room, a main restaurant with a terrace, an Italian restaurant, a Greek taverna (drinks not included here), a bar, a cocktail bar, a waffle shop, a mini-market, and a boutique. Wi-Fi is included throughout the hotel.
In the beautifully landscaped garden area, 2 freshwater swimming pools provide refreshment, and the sun terraces with 2 pool bars invite you to linger. Sun loungers and umbrellas are available free of charge by the pool and on the beach; towels are provided free of charge. These can be changed free of charge every four days; an earlier change is possible for a fee. There is also a water park with 3 slides for all ages.

After a renovation for Summer 2024, these rooms feature a fresher design and additional amenities. They are located in the main building and have a bathroom/WC with a cosmetic mirror and toiletries, hairdryer, individually regulated air conditioning (included), an additional ceiling fan, a 54-inch flat-screen TV with HDMI connection, a full-length mirror, telephone, safe, mini-fridge (filled daily with 2 small bottles of water), coffee and tea making facilities (refilled daily), and a balcony or terrace (DSU/DSI). Also available for single occupancy (DSE).
Also available with a side sea view (D2S).

Double room Superior Sharing Pool

The Double Superior Sharing Pool rooms have a freshly renovated living/sleeping area. The private terrace is inviting with a table and 2 chairs as well as sun loungers and has direct access to the pool. In addition to the same amenities as the double rooms, they also offer bathrobes and slippers, a ceiling fan, a coffee/tea corner with an espresso machine (daily refill with coffee, tea, and 4 coffee capsules), and a daily refill of the minibar with 2 bottles of water, soft drinks, juice, and beer each (P2H/2SH/OO2, bookable from 15 years of age). Also available for single occupancy (P1H).

Junior Suite Sea View

The Junior Suites, renovated in 2023, are more spacious and feature a sofa bed next to a visual separation. In addition to the same amenities as the double rooms, they also offer bathrobes and slippers, a ceiling fan, a coffee/tea corner with an espresso machine (daily refill with coffee, tea, and 4 coffee capsules), and a daily refill of the minibar with 2 bottles of water, soft drinks, juice, and beer each, and are located on the sea side (JL2/JSF).

Family room Superior

These rooms are more spacious than double rooms with the same amenities and feature a separate bedroom with a connecting door (F2U/BFS).

Breakfast (7:30 AM - 10:30 AM) as a rich buffet in the main restaurant, with sparkling wine and crêpes on Sundays. Early bird breakfast (5 AM - 7 AM) available as a continental buffet upon request.
Lunch in the main restaurant (12:30 PM - 2:00 PM) or the Italian restaurant (12:30 PM - 2:30 PM).
Dinner in the main restaurant (6:30 PM - 9:00 PM) or the Greek taverna (6:30 PM - 9:30 PM, reservation required 24 hours in advance, drinks extra).

Note on Climate Resilience Fee

For stays from 01/01/2018, the Greek government levies a climate resilience fee, which must be paid by the guest locally, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and, from 01/01/2025, will be tiered from 0.50 Euros to 15 Euros per day and room.
