The Summer Village Hotel, which welcomes guests aged 18 and over, is located just about 600 m from the beautiful sandy beach and around 1.5 km from the lively town of Marmari. In the immediate vicinity, you will find cozy snack bars and traditional tavernas. A bus stop is only 150 m away, and the airport is approximately 14 km away.

This adults-only hotel, bookable as a Schauinsland-Reisen original, with a total of 142 rooms, is built in a charming bungalow style. It features a lobby completely redesigned for Summer 2024 with a 24-hour reception, Wi-Fi, a restaurant, and a bar with a terrace.
In the well-maintained garden area, the spacious communal pool, a sun terrace with loungers and umbrellas, the pool bar, and a traditional taverna invite you to relax. Additionally, four sharing pools with salt electrolysis are available for the Deluxe Sharing Pool and Deluxe Room categories with private loungers. For the Premium Deluxe Double Room Sharing Pool, there are five more sharing pools. A newly created pool next to the communal pool also serves as a sharing pool for this room category.
Umbrellas and loungers are included by the pool, available for a fee at the beach. Bath towels are provided for a deposit.

Deluxe Double Room Private Garden

Located on the first floor and featuring the same interior and size as the Deluxe Double Rooms with Private Garden, these rooms offer access to a sharing pool with reserved sun loungers and a furnished balcony instead of a private garden (PDL/PDI). Also bookable for single occupancy (YN1).

Deluxe Double Room Sharing Pool

Located on the ground floor of the newly renovated buildings, these rooms have the same interior as the Deluxe Double Rooms with Private Garden and offer direct access to the newly built sharing pool with private sun loungers on the terrace instead of a private garden (XH2/2QW). Also bookable for single occupancy (WU1).

Premium Deluxe Double Room Private Loungers

Premium Deluxe Double Rooms offer more comfort and space compared to Deluxe Double Rooms with Private Loungers. They additionally provide bathrobes, slippers, and an espresso machine (refilled daily with 2 capsules). Located on the first floor, they feature numbered wooden sun loungers with premium mattresses by the sharing pool and access to it (P2D/DI). Also bookable for single occupancy (P1D/XEP). Guests in these rooms receive a 15% discount on spa services.

Premium Deluxe Double Rooms with Sharing Pool also offer more comfort and space compared to 'Premium Deluxe Private Loungers'. They have direct access to the sharing pool (PWS/D2I). Wooden sun loungers with premium mattresses are provided in front of the room. Also bookable for single occupancy (DJ1/LA1).

Breakfast (7:30 AM – 10:30 AM), lunch (12 PM – 2 PM), and dinner (7 PM – 9 PM) are served buffet-style. Snacks and pastries are available from 4 PM to 5 PM at the pool bar.
Local wine, local beer, soft drinks, and mineral water are served by the glass during meals.
Local alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages such as coffee/tea, soft drinks, mineral water, beer, wine (red, white, rosé), Ouzo, brandy, vodka, gin, tequila, and rum are included from 10:30 AM to 11 PM at the pool/snack bar.
Once per stay, dinner can be enjoyed at the taverna at no extra charge. For additional visits, a discount is granted for guests in Premium Deluxe rooms (vouchers available at reception).

Note on Climate Resilience Fee

For stays from 01.01.2018 onwards, the Greek government levies a climate resilience fee, which must be paid by the guest on-site, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and will be tiered from 0.50 Euros to 15 Euros per day and room from 01.01.2025.
