Location

The Seaside Marmari Hotel, which can be booked for guests aged 12 and over, is located in Marmari. Situated directly on the beautiful, gently sloping sandy beach and approximately 13 km from Kos International Airport. A bus stop with regular connections can be reached in about 100 m.

Facilities

The attractive complex, fully renovated for 2024 and with only 19 rooms, is adults-friendly (bookable for ages 12 and over) and offers a 12-hour reception, a lounge with a terrace, a luggage room, Wi-Fi, and a restaurant with Greek and international cuisine and a terrace. Outside, there is a beach bar. Sun loungers and umbrellas are available on the beach for a fee.

Equipped with shower/WC, hairdryer, toiletries, individually adjustable air conditioning, rental safe, flat-screen satellite TV with music channels, mini-fridge, kettle, coffee/tea station, and a balcony (B2D).

Located on the upper floor, with the same amenities as the Double Room Deluxe Seafront Ground Floor (L2B).

Double Room Deluxe Outdoor Whirlpool

Located on the land side, with the same amenities as the Double Room Deluxe, and additionally featuring an outdoor whirlpool (WD2).

Breakfast (7:30 AM - 10:30 AM) served as a buffet, dinner is served à la carte (6:30 PM - 9:00 PM).
A bottle of mineral water is included with dinner.
A vegetarian menu is available upon request.

Hotel Service

Room cleaning (6 times a week), towel and bed linen change (2 times a week).
Free parking is available.

Information regarding Climate Resilience Fee

For stays from January 1, 2018, the Greek government charges a climate resilience fee, which is to be paid by the guest on site, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and will be tiered from 0.50 Euros to 15 Euros per day and room starting from January 1, 2025.
For stays during the high season 1.4.-31.10.
