Location

The Atlantis Hotel is located directly on the extensive sand/pebble beach, offering an ideal location near the island's capital. Kos Town is only about 2 km away and impresses with numerous tavernas, bars, nightclubs, diverse shopping opportunities, and a varied entertainment program.
A cycle path runs directly in front of the hotel, and a bus stop is located directly opposite. Kos Airport is approximately 30 km away.

Facilities

The hotel has 510 rooms, a 24-hour reception, a lounge with a terrace, a bar, an air-conditioned restaurant with a terrace, a games room, and an internet corner (both for a fee). There is also a mini-market and a souvenir shop. Wi-Fi is included in the lobby area and in the rooms. The extensive gardens feature pools, a sun terrace with loungers and umbrellas, and a snack beach bar. Loungers and umbrellas on the beach are available for a fee.

Double room

The modernly furnished rooms are located in the main building or in the annexes. All rooms have a telephone, safe, air conditioning, hairdryer, satellite TV, refrigerator, bath/WC, and a balcony or terrace (D).
Double rooms with sea view (DM/DMA) are also available.

While otherwise equipped the same as the double rooms, the comfort rooms have a living/sleeping area and a separate bedroom (2CD/DKA). Rooms with sea view are also available.

Superior double room with panoramic sea view

The newly renovated rooms are located in the main building and have a bathroom with a bathtub, slippers, toiletries, hairdryer, 2 single beds, an armchair or a sofa bed, a large flat-screen satellite TV, refrigerator, direct-dial telephone, air conditioning, safe, coffee/tea making facilities with daily refills, Nespresso machine (refilled every second day), balcony, and are located on the 4th floor (2RA/DIM).

Family room

While otherwise equipped the same as the double rooms, the family rooms have a living/sleeping area and a separate bedroom (DF2). Rooms with sea view are also available at an additional cost (F2M).

Studio

These rooms have the same amenities as the double rooms but are located in the garden area (S12).

Deluxe Beachfront Bungalow

The newly built Deluxe Beachfront Bungalows feature a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower/WC, hairdryer, bathrobes and slippers, toiletries, air conditioning, satellite TV, safe, ironing station, mini-fridge, coffee/tea making facilities, Nespresso machine (free refills), room service, furnished terrace, and direct sea view (D12 available upon request).

All Inclusive

All Inclusive

Breakfast is served from 7 am to 10 am. International lunch is available from 12:30 pm to 2:30 pm, and dinner is served buffet-style with show cooking from 6:30 pm to 9:30 pm.
Cakes, ice cream, and hot and cold snacks are available from 10:30 am to 5 pm. Soft drinks, draught beer, house wine, coffee, and tea, as well as a selection of cocktails and spirits, are included from 11 am to 11 pm. Selected local long drinks are offered from 5 pm to 11 pm.
A gala dinner is held once a week.

Not included in All Inclusive

The beach bar (9 am - 5 pm) is not included in the All Inclusive package.

Sports for a fee

Table tennis, billiards, and tennis.

Children's program

For the younger guests, there is a separate children's pool and a playground.

Entertainment

Light entertainment is provided six days a week with activities such as yoga, water aerobics, boccia, and beach volleyball. In the evenings, varied shows are regularly presented.

Room cleaning, including towel and bed linen change every 2 days (further room cleaning upon request).
Beach towels (changed every second day) are already provided in the room.

Note on Climate Resilience Levy

For stays from 01/01/2018 onwards, the Greek government levies a climate resilience fee, payable by the guest on-site, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and ranges from 0.50 Euros to 15 Euros per day per room from 01/01/2025.
For stays during high season (April 1st - October 31st):
