The complex is situated in a quiet location in the holiday area of Kos Town, in the Lambi district, on a side street and approx. 600 m from the long pebble/sand beach. You can easily reach the centre of Kos Town with its lively harbour on foot in approx. 2 km or by using the regular town bus service. A bus stop is located nearby. The distance to the airport is approx. 23 kilometres.

The establishment comprises a total of 97 rooms. The main building houses the reception hall with a 24-hour reception, safety deposit boxes (for rent), internet corner (for a fee), free Wi-Fi throughout the complex, a lounge area with seating groups, a TV corner with satellite TV, a restaurant, and a bar. With the same amenities as the Superior double rooms, these rooms are located in the bungalow building, on the ground floor, and feature private sunbeds (DLU). Also bookable for three adults (DLR).

Bungalow Type A

These classically designed rooms are located in the bungalow building and are equipped with air conditioning, satellite TV (German channels), refrigerator, safe (for a fee), telephone, hairdryer, bathtub and WC, balcony or terrace (B2A). Optionally bookable as a triple room (B3A).

Note on climate resilience contribution

For stays from January 1, 2018 onwards, the Greek government levies a climate resilience contribution, which must be paid by the guest on-site, similar to a tourist tax.
