Location

The Mosay Kos All Suites Hotel is a new 5-star complex for guests aged 12 and over, harmoniously blending local tradition with modern design. Located directly on the beachfront, the hotel offers direct access to the "Lambi" beach. The historic old town of Kos is only about 2.2 km away and easily accessible. Kos Airport is around 25 km from the complex, and a bus stop is located approximately 300 m away.

Built in 2024, the hotel features 127 rooms designed for relaxation and unwinding. The complex amenities include a lobby with a 24-hour reception, a main restaurant (Greek/Mediterranean) with an outdoor terrace, two à la carte restaurants (international), a pool bar, a beach bar, and a boutique. Wi-Fi is available free of charge throughout the hotel premises.
The well-maintained outdoor area features six pools equipped with sun loungers and umbrellas. Sun loungers and umbrellas are also included on the beach. Bath towels can be borrowed free of charge.

The suites feature a shower/WC, cosmetic products, hairdryer, bathrobes, slippers, individually adjustable air conditioning, telephone, smart/satellite TV, safe, mini bar (for a fee), espresso machine, coffee/tea maker, and a balcony (S2).

With the same amenities as the suites, these feature a balcony with a wonderful sea view (SUM).

Premium Swim Up Suite

With the same amenities as the standard suites, these are slightly more spacious and feature a terrace with access to the shared pool (W2U).

Deluxe Suite Private Pool

The Deluxe Suites with private pool are located on the ground floor and, with the same amenities as the Premium Suite, feature a terrace and a private pool (2RN).
Also available for booking as a Deluxe Suite Private Pool Beachfront in a direct beach location (BSD), or on the first floor with a balcony (SP2).

Suite Whirlpool

Like the Suite, with an additional whirlpool on the balcony (S2J).

Note regarding climate resilience fee

For stays from 01/01/2018 onwards, the Greek government levies a climate resilience fee, payable by the guest on-site, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and will be tiered from 0.50 Euros to 15 Euros per day per room from 01/01/2025.
