Location

The newly built Adults Only hotel Theros All Suites, which opened in summer 2022 and is bookable for guests aged 16 and over, is located in the popular resort of Lambi, approximately 120 m from the pebble beach. Shops and entertainment facilities are in the immediate vicinity. Kos Airport is about 22 km away.

The modern complex has 88 rooms and offers a 24-hour reception, lobby, luggage room, and a buffet restaurant (Greek/Mediterranean cuisine) with show cooking. In the well-kept outdoor area, there is a swimming pool with a sun terrace and pool bar. Sunbeds and umbrellas are included by the pool and on the beach. Bath towels are available free of charge. Parking is available at the hotel, subject to availability. Wi-Fi is available free of charge throughout the hotel.

These suites have the same amenities as the Junior Suites, featuring a terrace with a seating area and access to a shared pool for 4 rooms (SPS).

Suite Private Pool

These suites have the same amenities as the Junior Suites, featuring a private outdoor pool and sun loungers, as well as a terrace with a seating area, a hanging nest chair, and a comfortable daybed (SP2).

These suites have the same amenities as the Junior Suites, featuring a shower leading to the outdoor area, a large wardrobe, and a living area with a sofa, as well as a private pool and terrace with a seating area, a hanging nest chair, and a comfortable daybed (1 room; 2RN).

Destination information

For stays from January 1, 2018, the Greek government levies a climate resilience fee, which must be paid by the guest on-site, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and will be tiered from 0.50 Euros to 15 Euros per day and room from January 1, 2025.
