Location

The family-friendly club resort is located in a quiet area, about 5 km outside Kardamena, on the slope of Mount Dikeos, directly on a long pebble beach. Kos Town is about 32 km away. A public bus stop is located directly in front of the hotel, and the airport is approx. 11 km away.

The hotel complex offers a combination of Greek charm and modern ambiance. The 5-star resort consists of 455 rooms spread across a main building with a lift and several bungalow-style buildings. It features a reception hall with a 24-hour reception and seating areas, restaurants (Grill Restaurant, Fish Restaurant, and Pan-Asian Restaurant - reservation required, subject to availability; Crêperie, Take away Pizza "on the beach"), seven bars, a mini-market, kiosk, boutique, and disco (not included in All Inclusive). The outdoor area includes a pool landscape with 5 freshwater swimming pools, 1 seawater pool, a children's pool, and a water park with slides (10 am-6 pm / from 6 years old) as well as a pool/beach bar. The sun terrace is equipped with loungers and umbrellas, which are included both by the pool and on the beach. Wi-Fi is available free of charge throughout the hotel complex.

Double Room Sea View

Located in the main building or bungalow buildings, these rooms feature a bathroom with bath/WC, hairdryer, telephone, satellite TV, minibar, coffee/tea station, air conditioning, safe, and a balcony or terrace with a sea view (DM/DMI/O2M).
Also available as economy rooms without sea view (SSZ).

Single Room

Single rooms are double rooms for single occupancy (DE).

Family Room Garden Access

In addition to the features of the double rooms, the family rooms have an extra sleeping area separated by a wood-and-glass partition and direct access to the garden (DF2).
Alternatively, bookable as a family suite with garden view (FSG). The family suite is also available with sea view for an extra charge (2FM).

Bungalow Sea View

These rooms have the same amenities as the double rooms but are located in the bungalows and offer a sea view (B2M/WF2).

Maisonettes

With the same amenities as the double rooms, the maisonettes are spread over two levels with an open gallery. The upper floor has two beds, and the lower floor has two additional sleeping facilities. The maisonettes also have two bathrooms and are located in the bungalow area (M2).

These maisonettes offer the same amenities and have a sea view (2M).

Ultra All Inclusive

At Mitsis, you'll be catered to around the clock with delicious culinary delights and a variety of drinks.
An early bird breakfast is available from 4 am to 7 am. From 7 am to 10:30 am, a lavish breakfast buffet awaits you, including freshly squeezed orange juice and a Greek corner with local delicacies. For lunch from 12:30 pm to 2:30 pm, there is also a buffet. At dinner from 6:30 pm to 9:30 pm, there are alternating theme nights presented as a generous buffet. Additionally, the main restaurant buffet offers a salad bar for lunch and dinner. A small midnight buffet is available from 10 pm to 4 am. Beer, wine, soft drinks, water, and juices are served with meals, as well as espresso and cappuccino at breakfast.
An extensive selection of à la carte restaurants (once per week per restaurant, reservation required) and bars leaves nothing to be desired.
Smokey Grill À la carte Restaurant (reservation required for breakfast and dinner):
From 8 am to 11 am, there is a breakfast buffet. Lunch buffet from 12:30 pm to 2:30 pm, and for dinner from 6:30 pm to 10 pm, a variety of grilled dishes are served.
Fish Restaurant "Big Blue", À la carte Restaurant (reservation required):
For dinner, you can enjoy the fresh catches of the day here from 6:30 pm to 9:30 pm.
Asian À la carte Restaurant "Ni Hao" (reservation required):
Here, Asian dishes are prepared from 6:30 pm to 9:30 pm.
Take away Pizzeria "Oven on the Beach":
From 11:30 am to 6 pm, you can enjoy freshly made, homemade pizza here.
Cafe Bar "Villagio"
Located directly in the main building, Villagio offers a wide selection of refreshments, local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, coffee specialties, and cocktails from 9 am to 2 am. Crepes, pancakes, and ice cream are also available (9 am-midnight). For younger guests, there are kids' cocktails.
Bar "Casablanca":
The bar is a wonderful meeting point with a sea view, offering seating indoors and outdoors. From 5 pm to midnight, with selected music, a wide selection of refreshments, local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, coffee specialties, and cocktails are available.
Main Pool Bar "Mojito":
Located directly in the pool area, this bar offers a wide selection of refreshments, local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, coffee specialties, and cocktails from 9 am to midnight.
Pool Bar "Navarone":
From 10 am to 6 pm, the bar is a popular meeting spot to catch up with friends or relax in the whirlpool area. A wide selection of refreshments, local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, coffee specialties, and cocktails are also available here.
Pool Bar "Nautilus":
Located directly by the water slides, this bar serves soft drinks, juices, long drinks, and beer from 10 am to 6 pm.
Theater Bar "Irene Pappas":
Beer, wine, long drinks, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages are served during shows.
Beach Bar:
From 10 am to 6 pm (until midnight in July/August), the completely renovated beach bar offers a selection of the best drinks. In the evenings, the bar is open to adults only.
Additionally, there is an afternoon tea from 5 pm to 7 pm.
Lunch packages are available for excursions; please register via the concierge platform the day before by 8:30 pm.
The main restaurant offers 24-hour All Inclusive service.
Upon request, the following meals can be prepared at no extra charge: gluten-free, lactose-free, vegetarian, diabetic meals.
Appropriate attire is requested for dinner.

Sports included

Tennis with floodlights and equipment, darts, volleyball, aerobics, outdoor gym, boccia, table tennis, paddle, water polo, darts, canoes, pedal boats, and surfboards (with sailing license).

Sports for a fee

Billiards, water sports center with water skiing, jet skiing, ringos, catamaran, and banana boat rides, diving (including lessons), and boat trips.

Children's program

Children's pools and a playground. There is a mini club and a wide variety of programs and special activities available. The mini club for children aged 4-12 years provides varied entertainment in a safe and friendly atmosphere.
Additionally, the Junior Club (12-16 years) offers a meeting point for peers in July-August. Opening hours: 10 am-6 pm, as well as a children's disco from 8:30 pm to 9 pm.
High chairs in the restaurant and baby cots are available free of charge, subject to availability.
Baby monitors and bottle warmers are available upon request.

Entertainment

An international animation team offers a diverse program for all ages.
During the day, there are various sports activities, and in the evenings, live music, musicals, cabarets, sketches, shows, competitions, performances, and more.

Note for Climate Resilience Contribution

For stays from 01.01.2018 onwards, the Greek government levies a climate resilience contribution, which is to be paid by the guest on-site, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and, from 01.01.2025, ranges from 0.50 Euros to 15 Euros per day and room.
