Location

Located directly on the pebble beach of Barbati with crystal-clear water. The village of Barbati is just a few minutes' walk away.
Corfu town and Corfu Airport are approximately 20 km away.

Facilities

The apartment complex is generously laid out and features 60 exquisitely furnished units with parking spaces, surrounded by lush and well-maintained gardens with olive trees, some with fantastic sea views, a taverna, snack bar, pool bar, swimming pool, and sun terrace. Wi-Fi is included throughout the complex. Sun loungers and umbrellas are available free of charge by the pool, and for a fee at the beach.

Accommodation

Studios

The studios are cozily furnished and feature a well-equipped kitchenette (toaster, kettle, microwave, coffee machine, refrigerator, electric hob with ceramic plates and oven), dining area, bathroom with shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning, satellite TV, Wi-Fi, ironing station, safe, and a comfortable sofa bed for the 3rd person, as well as a terrace (S12).
Also available for single occupancy (S11) upon request.

Apartments

With the same amenities as the studios, these apartments are more spacious and feature an additional bedroom, as well as a balcony or terrace with garden view (A12). The one-bedroom apartments have been freshly renovated.
Also available for single occupancy (A11) or with two bedrooms including a washing machine and extra bed/sofa bed upon request (A22).

Maisonettes

With identical basic amenities as the apartments, the maisonettes are comfortably furnished and feature one bedroom and a bathroom on the upper level, as well as a furnished balcony or terrace. On the ground floor, there is a fully equipped kitchenette with a dining area, washing machine, WC, and sleeping facilities for the 3rd and 4th person (M2).

Maisonette with private pool

With the same amenities as the maisonettes, these feature a private pool (including bathrobes) in the garden (MT2).
The private pool is not supervised. Please exercise particular caution with children when using this area and act responsibly.

Maisonette (2 bedrooms)

These maisonettes have the same amenities as the standard maisonettes but are more spacious and consist of 2 bedrooms and one bathroom on the upper level. Additionally, they feature a dishwasher and in the garden with a terrace, a private pool and a balcony (2MX).
Available upon request also with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (two with shower, one with bathtub) and sea view (P32, upon request).

Villa

The newly built villas have the same amenities as the apartments and consist of 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with shower/WC, a living/sleeping area with kitchenette, dishwasher, washing machine, Smart TV, Wi-Fi, and a terrace with a private infinity pool (heated in April and October) and sea view (5PM).
The private pool is not supervised. Please exercise particular caution with children when using this area and act responsibly.

Note on Climate Resilience Contribution

For stays from January 1, 2018, the Greek government levies a climate resilience contribution, payable by the guest on-site, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and will be tiered from 0.50 Euros to 15 Euros per day and room starting from January 1, 2025.
For stays during high season from April 1 to October 31:
National category 1-2 stars: 2 Euros
National category 3 stars: 5 Euros
National category 4 stars: 10 Euros
National category 5 stars: 15 Euros
For stays during low season from November 1 to March 31:
National category 1-2 stars: 0.50 Euros
