Facilities

The hotel has a total of 54 rooms spread over 3 floors, a reception (24-hour) and lobby, elevator, TV corner, free Wi-Fi in public areas, safety deposit boxes for rent, and a main restaurant. The outdoor area features a swimming pool with an integrated children's pool and a pool/snackbar. Sun loungers and umbrellas are available free of charge by the pool. Beach towels are available for a fee.

Studio

The studios are located in the neighboring complex "Villa Sissy" and feature individual furnishings, a shower/WC, air conditioning, satellite TV, washing machine, and a fully equipped kitchen that leaves nothing to be desired. They also offer a sea view (SM2).
The studios can be booked under the hotel code CFUD01.

Apartment

The apartments are also located in the "Villa Sissy" complex and, with the same amenities as the studios, additionally feature a separate bedroom and a sea view (APM).
Also available without sea view, but with two separate bedrooms (A22).

Note on climate resilience levy

For stays from 01.01.2018 onwards, the Greek government levies a climate resilience fee, which must be paid by the guest on-site, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and will be tiered from 0.50 Euros to 15 Euros per day and room from 01.01.2025.
