Location

Built on a hillside, amidst a well-maintained garden complex. The sandy/pebble beach is approximately 600m away. The center of Acharavi, with numerous shops, entertainment venues, bars, cafes, and tavernas, is about 200m away. Quietly and idyllically located, the apartment complex is ideal for relaxation.

The comfortable complex consists of a main building and several annexes with a total of 90 living units. The main building houses the reception area with a reception desk, TV corner, and a buffet restaurant.
In the lushly planted garden area with many secluded spots, there is a swimming pool, a separate children's pool, a sun terrace with loungers and sunshades (included by the pool, for a fee at the beach), and a pool/snack bar. Wi-Fi is included throughout the complex.

Lovingly furnished with bath/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning, telephone, satellite TV, Wi-Fi, mini-fridge, safe (rental), and a balcony or terrace with garden view (D).

Superior rooms are renovated with the same amenities as double rooms (DSU). Available with a side sea view (D2S) upon request.

Family Room

With the same amenities as double rooms, they feature a separate bedroom (DF2).

Superior Family Room

The Superior Family Rooms are renovated and slightly more spacious than the Family Rooms, with the same amenities (F2U).

Destination information Climate Resilience Levy

For stays from January 1, 2018, the Greek government levies a climate resilience fee, payable locally by the guest, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and ranges from €0.50 to €15 per day per room from January 1, 2025.
