Location

The hotel, popular with couples and families alike, is situated in a green, charming environment. Its hillside location on the edge of the resort town of Pefkochori offers a fantastic sea view. The town center is approximately 500m away, and the popular, long sandy/pebble beach is about 800m away. A shuttle bus to the beach runs several times a day, 6 times a week. Sun loungers and umbrellas are available for a fee (local provider). Thessaloniki Airport is approximately 95km away.

The quietly located holiday complex consists of a total of 123 rooms, spread across several beautifully designed buildings, and impresses with a varied program for young and old, as well as excellent service. The hotel has a bright and friendly lobby with a reception, a lounge area, as well as a mini-market and a restaurant.
The well-maintained garden area features a beautifully designed pool landscape with a splash pool and a separate children's pool, a large sun terrace with comfortable loungers and sunshades (included), and a pool/snackbar with a cozy terrace for relaxing. Additionally, Bali beds are available in the pool area for relaxation (subject to availability).

In addition to modern design, the double rooms feature a walk-in shower/WC, hairdryer and toiletries, telephone, safe (included), coffee/tea making facilities (replenished daily), Wi-Fi (included), mini-fridge, 32'' flatscreen satellite TV, air conditioning, and a balcony or terrace on the top floor. Guests receive beach towels for a deposit and a change fee (2CD).

Superior Double Room

Created for Summer 2018, these very modern rooms feature a new bathroom with walk-in shower/WC, hairdryer, cosmetic mirror and toiletries, air conditioning, double bed, a pull-out sofa bed, mini-fridge, 40'' flatscreen satellite TV, coffee machine (4 capsules per day included), electric kettle with tea-making facilities (replenished daily), Wi-Fi (included), telephone, safe, and a balcony or terrace. Beach towels are available for a deposit and a change fee. Upon arrival, guests receive a small welcome gift (DSU).

Junior Suite

Also renovated in Winter 2018/2019, the Junior Suites consist of a visually separated sleeping and living area in an appealing modern design. They feature a walk-in shower/WC, hairdryer and toiletries, air conditioning, safe, mini-fridge, 32'' flatscreen satellite TV, telephone, a pull-out sofa bed in the living area, coffee/tea making facilities (replenished daily), Wi-Fi (included), and a balcony. In this room category, guests also receive beach towels for a deposit and a change fee (JS2).

Rich breakfast buffet from 7:00 AM to 10:30 AM (cold options only from 7:00 AM to 7:30 AM) including filter coffee, cappuccino, espresso, hot chocolate, tea, and juices. Lunch (1:00 PM to 2:00 PM) and dinner (6:30 PM to 9:00 PM) are served in a generous buffet. The buffet is supplemented by show cooking for breakfast and dinner, with a themed evening once a week. During meals, Ouzo, house wine (white and red), draft beer, brandy, soft drinks, and still/sparkling water are included; drinks are served at the table for lunch and dinner.
From 9:00 AM, coffee and tea are available at the bar. From 10:00 AM to 11:00 PM, guests can enjoy draft beer, house wine (white and red), Ouzo, gin, vodka, whiskey, tequila, and brandy. There is also a selection of soft drinks, apple and orange juice, still/sparkling water, as well as long drinks, a cocktail of the day, and a non-alcoholic kids' cocktail. From 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM, cakes, snacks, and ice cream are served.
Wearing a bracelet is mandatory to utilize all-inclusive services.
For safety reasons, drinks in the pool area are served in plastic cups.

Sports included

Beach volleyball, basketball, table tennis, and tennis.

Children's program

Children's animation 6 times a week, kids' club (ages 4-12) and mini-disco, as well as a splash pool (available from May 15th to September 15th) and a separate children's pool.

Note on climate resilience fee

For stays from January 1, 2018, the Greek government charges a climate resilience fee, which must be paid by the guest on-site, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and, starting from January 1, 2025, ranges from €0.50 to €15 per day per room.
