The modern hotel complex is located in a very quiet area, directly on the stunning beach of Agios Ioannis, known for its shallow, crystal-clear waters. The town of Nikiti is about 5 km away. Thessaloniki Airport is 98 km away.

The total of 179 rooms are spread across the hotel complex, which reopened in Summer 2022. Facilities include a modern, open-plan reception area with a 24-hour reception. The main restaurant "Ammoa" offers a combination of Greek and international cuisine. For culinary variety, the à la carte restaurant "The Signature" serves Mediterranean dishes. At the "Kyma" restaurant near the beach, guests can enjoy gourmet seafood with a stunning sea view. The lobby bar offers a stylish atmosphere. Wi-Fi is included throughout the hotel. The outdoor area features a swimming pool with a sun terrace, a separate children's pool, and a pool bar. Sun loungers, umbrellas, and bath towels are included for guests at the pool and on the beach.

Double room Deluxe side sea view

The modern and beautifully appointed rooms feature individually adjustable air conditioning, a double bed and sofa, pillow menu, minibar, espresso machine (6 capsules included), 50-inch LCD TV, telephone, Wi-Fi (included), and a complimentary safe. The bathroom includes a shower/WC, hairdryer, scale, bathrobes, and slippers, as well as a balcony or terrace (DD2). Available as an upgrade with side sea view (DDS/2I/ID2) or in the first row to the beach (L2B/W2D/2XN).

Deluxe Room Private Pool

Featuring the same amenities as the Deluxe Rooms, these rooms have a terrace with a private pool (PT2). Also available with side sea view (S2L/2LJ) or in the first row to the beach (WX2).
"The Deluxe Rooms with private pool are not supervised by a lifeguard. Please pay close attention to your children when using this area and act with caution."

Prestige Bungalow

These rooms are more spacious than the Deluxe Rooms, located in bungalow buildings, and offer side sea view (2BS). Also available with a private pool (BSX).

Pavilion 2 Bedrooms Private Pool

These rooms are more spacious than the Deluxe Rooms and feature 2 separate bedrooms with king-size beds and a living/sleeping area with a sofa bed. They have a terrace with a private pool (VL2).
"The Pavilion 2 Bedrooms private pool rooms are not supervised by a lifeguard. Please pay close attention to your children when using this area and act with caution."

Meals

Breakfast/Half Board

Breakfast served as a buffet. With half board booking, dinner is also served as a buffet in the main restaurant. À la carte restaurants can be used for an additional charge.

Note on climate resilience levy

For stays from 01.01.2018 onwards, the Greek government levies a climate resilience fee, which is to be paid by the guest on-site, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and, from 01.01.2025, will be tiered from 0.50 Euros to 15 Euros per day and room.
