The hotel is quietly and idyllically situated amidst green nature, directly on a beautiful Azapiko bay with a sandy beach. Neos Marmaras is about 10 km away.

Facilities

The holiday complex with 138 rooms consists of a main building and several annexes, spread throughout the beautifully landscaped garden. Facilities include a reception area with a reception desk and a main restaurant with an outdoor terrace. Wi-Fi is included throughout the hotel complex. The outdoor area features a swimming pool with a sun terrace, a pool bar, and a beach bar. Sun loungers and umbrellas are included by the pool and on the beach.

Double Room Superior

The Double Rooms Superior are equipped with air conditioning, satellite TV, Wi-Fi (included), telephone, mini-fridge, and safe. Modern bathroom with walk-in shower/WC, hairdryer, and toiletries. Furnished balcony or terrace with insect screens (DSU).
Also available for single use (DSE/DAE).

Family Room

With the same basic amenities as the double rooms, the family rooms are more spacious and have an additional sleeping area that can be separated by a sliding door (DF2).

Junior Suites

The Junior Suites consist of a spacious living/sleeping area, which can be divided by a sliding door. They have air conditioning, satellite TV, Wi-Fi (included), telephone, mini-fridge, and safe. Modern bathroom with walk-in shower/WC, hairdryer, and toiletries, as well as a furnished balcony or terrace with insect screens (JS2/JSI).

Breakfast (7-10:30 AM), lunch (12:30-2:30 PM), and dinner (6:30-9 PM) served buffet-style in the main restaurant. Various themed evenings are held several times a week. During the day, the pool bar offers a selection of snacks, sandwiches, and ice cream for children.
A selection of non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages such as beer, house wine, cocktails, aperitifs, long drinks, and liqueurs (Ouzo, Brandy, Tequila, Vodka, Rum, Gin, Whiskey, and more), as well as various coffee specialties, soft drinks, and juices are available from 10 AM to 11 PM at the pool bar. Coffee, soft drinks, and beer are also served at the beach bar from 10 AM to 6 PM.

Sports included

Beach volleyball, tennis, mini football field, basketball, and a brand-new gym for Summer 2025.
The beach offers ideal conditions for snorkeling.

Sports for a fee

Bicycle rental (local provider). The hotel is an ideal starting point for exploring the nearby beaches by bicycle via an easily navigable road.

Children's program

Integrated children's pool, mini club, and playground. Children's menu and high chairs available in the restaurant.
The mini club will be renovated starting Summer 2025.

Entertainment

Note on Climate Resilience Levy

For stays from January 1, 2018, the Greek government levies a climate resilience tax, payable by the guest on-site, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and will be tiered from 0.50 Euros to 15 Euros per day per room starting from January 1, 2025.
