Location

Beautifully situated on the charming Sithonia peninsula, about 6 km from the pretty town of Neos Marmaras (public bus connection). The well-known and popular property is located below the main road and is about 30 m from the long sandy/pebble beach (awarded with the Blue Flag) (a small side road needs to be crossed). Thessaloniki Airport is approx. 101 km away.

Facilities

The extensive hotel complex consists of several buildings and has a total of 150 rooms. Facilities in the main building include a 24-hour reception, internet corner, "Votsalo" restaurant with terrace, mini-market, satellite TV room and a bar. In the garden, there is a swimming pool, a sun terrace and a pool bar/snack bar. There is a taverna on the beach. Sun loungers and umbrellas are included by the pool and are available for a fee on the beach. Wi-Fi is available free of charge.

Double Room Deluxe

The modern and spaciously furnished rooms have a double bed or 2 single beds, shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning, telephone, LCD satellite TV, refrigerator, safe, electric kettle, and balcony or terrace (DD2).
Also available with a side sea view (DDS) and for single occupancy (DD1).

Deluxe Family Room

With all other features the same as the double rooms, the Deluxe Family Rooms have a shower/WC and a balcony or terrace. Children sleep on a sofa bed. The Deluxe Family Rooms consist of one room (2DF).

Junior Suite Sea View

With the same amenities as the Deluxe Double Rooms, these are more spacious and have a double bed, a double sofa, a balcony and sea view (J2M).

Junior Suite Deluxe

With the same amenities as the Junior Suite, these also have a separate bedroom with a queen-size bed, separated from the living area with 2 sofa beds by a connecting door (J2D).

Junior Suite Deluxe Private Pool

With the same amenities as the Junior Suite Deluxe, these also have a private pool (2XX).
The Junior Suites Deluxe Private Pool are not supervised by a lifeguard. Please therefore pay particular attention to your children when using this area and behave considerately.

Breakfast 7:30 AM - 10 AM, Lunch 12:30 PM - 2 PM, and Dinner 7 PM - 9:30 PM. All meals are served buffet-style in the main restaurant. Alternatively, guests can have lunch as a menu choice at the taverna.
During the day, the pool bar offers various hot and cold coffee specialties and tea such as Frappe, Freddo Espresso, Cappuccino, as well as ice cream from 11 AM to 11 PM.
Snacks (hot and cold sandwiches), cakes and pastries from 3 PM to 6 PM at the pool bar.
Selected non-alcoholic drinks such as branded soft drinks, water and juices, as well as local alcoholic drinks (beer, ouzo, wine, gin, vodka, rum, Aperol Spritz) and two cocktails of the day from 11 AM to 11 PM.

Sports included

Basketball, fitness room, table tennis at the sister hotel Lagomandra, which is located above the road.

Sports for a fee

Water sports facilities available through local providers (seasonal).

Children's program

Playground, children's pool, kids' club: A specially equipped, friendly room in the sister hotel Lagomandra for our little guests aged 4 to 10 years.

Wellness

Spa area at the sister hotel Lagomandra: 2 sauna cabins, 1 treatment room, cosmetic treatments (for a fee, from 16 years of age).

Note on Climate Resilience Contribution

For stays from 01.01.2018 onwards, the Greek government levies a climate resilience contribution, which must be paid by the guest locally, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and is staggered from 0.50 Euros to 15 Euros per day and room from 01.01.2025.
