Location

The hotel is located about 6 km from the pretty town of Neos Marmaras, above the road overlooking the bay and the sister hotel Lagomandra Beach. The sand-gravel beach (awarded with the Blue Flag) is approx. 150m away and easily accessible by crossing a footbridge. A public bus stop is located right by the hotel.

The well-maintained hotel complex consists of a main building and five adjacent buildings located on a small slope, with a total of 120 rooms spread over 2 floors. The main building houses the reception, Wi-Fi and internet corner (included), bar, TV lounge, restaurant, and a mini-market. In the garden area, you will find a freshwater swimming pool and 1 pool/snackbar. Towels, sun loungers, and umbrellas are amply available by the pool (included) and at the beach (for a fee). There is also a tavern on the beach.

Double Room Deluxe

The modernly furnished, spacious, and renovated rooms feature a shower/WC, hairdryer, safe, telephone, kettle, LCD satellite TV, refrigerator, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and a balcony or terrace with garden view (DD2/D2I).
Optionally available also with side sea view (DDS) or as a Deluxe Promo room (X2J).

Junior Suites

With the same amenities as the Double Rooms Deluxe, these are more spacious with a seating area, a second satellite TV, and garden view (JS2).

Deluxe Family Rooms 

With the same amenities as the Junior Suites, these are located on the ground floor or the first floor. The Deluxe Family Rooms feature 2 satellite TVs, one bedroom with 2 single beds, and a second bedroom separated by a sliding door with a double sofa bed (2DF).

Maisonettes

With the same amenities as the Double Rooms Deluxe, these are more spacious with an open sleeping gallery, 2 bathrooms, and side sea view (2SM).

All Inclusive

Breakfast (7:30 AM - 10 AM), lunch (12:30 PM - 2 PM), and dinner (7 PM - 9:30 PM). All meals are served buffet style in the main restaurant. Guests may opt for lunch as a menu choice at the tavern. Branded soft drinks in bottles, juices, water, house wine, and beer are served during meals.
Throughout the day, the pool bar offers various hot and cold coffee specialties and tea such as Frappe, Freddo Espresso, Cappuccino, as well as ice cream from 11 AM to 11 PM.
Snacks (hot and cold sandwiches), cakes, and pastries are available from 3 PM to 6 PM at the pool bar.
Selected non-alcoholic drinks such as branded soft drinks, water, and juices, as well as local alcoholic beverages (beer, ouzo, wine, gin, vodka, rum, Aperol Spritz), and two cocktails of the day are served from 11 AM to 11 PM.

Notice for Climate Resilience Levy

For stays from January 1, 2018, the Greek government charges a climate resilience levy, which must be paid by the guest on-site, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and is tiered from 0.50 Euros to 15 Euros per day per room starting from January 1, 2025.
For stays during the high season (April 1st - October 31st):
Category 1-2 Stars: 2 Euros
Category 3 Stars: 5 Euros
Category 4 Stars: 10 Euros
Category 5 Stars: 15 Euros
For stays during the low season (November 1st - March 31st):
