Location

The Portes Theros Hotel, newly built for Summer 2025, welcomes guests aged 16 and above as a 5-star establishment. The sandy beach with turquoise waters is just a short stroll away (approx. 70 m). The view of Mount Olympus and breathtaking sunsets offers a dreamlike setting. The towns of Nea Potidea and Nea Moudania are both reachable within a few minutes' drive.
Thessaloniki Airport is approximately 55 km away. A bus stop is located just 50 m from the hotel.

The modern design combined with light and natural colors creates a wonderful atmosphere of well-being. Additionally, the pleasant size of 105 rooms, spread across 7 buildings with 2-3 floors each, allows for ample space for peace and relaxation. Amenities include a reception with a lobby and lobby bar, and a TV lounge. Wi-Fi is included in public areas.
The almost 1.5-hectare grounds offer an oasis of relaxation with a spacious garden, sun terrace, and pool. A pool bar provides refreshments and snacks at the main pool. On the way to the beach, the beverage station offers refreshing drinks to go. For maximum comfort, orders are taken at the beach and served directly to your sun lounger. Sun loungers, umbrellas, and beach towels are included both by the pool and on the beach.

Double Room Pool View

The bright and spacious double rooms offer every comfort. They feature a shower/WC, hairdryer, bathrobe and slippers, individually controlled air conditioning, Smart Sat.-TV, Bluetooth speaker, Wi-Fi (included), telephone, safe, minibar (for a fee, included with All Inclusive Plus booking), espresso machine, and kettle. The furnished balcony offers views of the pool and garden (PD/PID).
Also available for single use (PDE/PE).

Double Room Sharing Pool

With the same amenities as the Double Rooms Pool View, these rooms are located on the ground floor and have direct access to a shared pool. The furnished terrace also includes a sun lounger (SH2/HA2).
Also available for single use (SH1) or as Type A (SWE).
The Double Rooms Sharing Pool are not supervised by a lifeguard. Please exercise caution when using this area, especially with children, and behave considerately.

Continental breakfast (6:30-7 am), and breakfast buffet (7-10:30 am) and dinner (6:30-9:30 pm) served buffet style.
On Sundays, a sparkling wine breakfast is offered, and in the evenings, there are various theme nights in the main restaurant.
Available at an additional charge in the à la carte restaurant featuring Greek, Mediterranean, and international cuisine.
A bottle of water is included during dinner.
Upon arrival, enjoy a welcome drink of homemade lemonade, water, and orange juice.

Continental breakfast (6:30-7 am), and breakfast buffet (7-10:30 am), lunch (12:30-2:30 pm) and dinner (6:30-9:30 pm) served buffet style.
Optionally, lunch or dinner can be enjoyed at the à la carte restaurant with Greek, Mediterranean, and international cuisine (once a week, minimum stay 7 nights, reservation required).
There is also the possibility to have a meal at the sister hotel, Portes Lithos Luxury Resort, as part of the dine-around concept (once a week, reservation required, approx. 15 minutes on foot).
On Sundays, a sparkling wine breakfast is offered, and in the evenings, there are various theme nights in the main restaurant.
Between main meals, sandwiches, fruit, cakes, and ice cream are available from 11 am to 11 pm, and warm snacks from 12 pm to 6 pm.
A selection of coffee and tea specialties, national and international spirits, wine, cocktails, long drinks, and non-alcoholic beverages at the open bar from 9 am to 1 am.
The in-room minibar is replenished daily with soft drinks, water, beer, juice, wine, chips, and nuts.

Note on climate resilience levy

For stays from January 1, 2018, the Greek government charges a climate resilience levy, which must be paid by the guest locally, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and, as of January 1, 2025, ranges from 0.50 Euros to 15 Euros per day per room.
For stays during the high season (April 1 - October 31):
National category 1-2 stars: 2 Euros
National category 3 stars: 5 Euros
National category 4 stars: 10 Euros
