Quietly located between Metamorfosis and Nikiti, surrounded by shady pine trees, with diverse vegetation. Directly on the gently sloping sandy beach. Nikiti is approx. 3.5 km away, Metamorfosi approx. 2.8 km, Neo Marmaras approx. 25 km. A bus stop is approx. 50m away.

The complex has 98 rooms spread across a main building and several 2-story buildings, reception, safe for rent, Wi-Fi (included), tavern, and mini-market. The outdoor area features a swimming pool with a separate children's pool and sun terrace, a pool/beach bar with an original seating terrace in an old fishing boat with direct sea views. Sun loungers and umbrellas are available free of charge by the pool and on the beach.

Double room

Furnished in local style, these rooms feature a bath/WC, hairdryer, telephone, satellite TV, refrigerator, air conditioning, and a balcony or terrace (D).
Also available as a Super Saver room (limited availability) (SSZ).

Single room

These are double rooms for single occupancy (DE).

Double room Superior

While otherwise identically equipped to the double rooms, the Superior rooms are more spacious and also feature a sofa bed (DSU).

Family room

These rooms are slightly more spacious than the double rooms, with identical amenities (DF2).

Junior Suite Superior

The Junior Suites Superior, with the same amenities as the Double Rooms Superior, feature a double bed, a sofa bed, and are more spacious (JU2).

Suite

While otherwise identically equipped to the Family Rooms, these suites have a separate bedroom and two additional sofa beds. Furthermore, the rooms have one bathroom with a bathtub and toilet, and a separate shower room/WC (S2).

Breakfast/Half Board

Extended continental breakfast buffet; with half board, a dinner buffet is also included. Once a week, there is a themed barbecue evening.

Note regarding climate resilience fee

For stays from 01.01.2018 onwards, the Greek government levies a climate resilience fee, which is payable by the guest on-site, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and, as of 01.01.2025, ranges from 0.50 Euros to 15 Euros per day per room.
For stays during the high season from April 1st to October 31st:
National category 1-2 stars: 2 Euros
National category 3 stars: 5 Euros
National category 4 stars: 10 Euros
National category 5 stars: 15 Euros
For stays during the low season from November 1st to March 31st:
