Location

The beautiful hotel complex, awarded the Green Key for environmentally friendly hotel management, is located in a rural setting, quiet and picturesque, slightly above the beautiful, gently sloping sandy beach (awarded the "Blue Flag"), which can be reached by stairs. You can reach the town of Kriopigi in approx. 1.5 km. There you will find traditional tavernas and some shops. Public bus stop directly in front of the hotel.

Facilities

The holiday complex, built in Greek style, consists of a 5-story main building and several small outbuildings with a total of 208 rooms. The hotel also has an elegant reception hall with a 24-hour reception and comfortable seating areas, the main restaurant "Roxani", the bar "Kassandra" with a TV corner and beautiful sea views, and the tavern "Antonis". In the well-kept garden, you will find the swimming pool with sun terrace and the pool/snackbar "Panorama". Sun loungers and umbrellas are included by the pool and on the beach. Bath towels are available free of charge. There is also a beach bar "Oasis". Wi-Fi is included throughout the hotel.

Double room

The double rooms are located in the main building or in the outbuilding and have a twin bed and a walk-in shower, toilet, hairdryer, toiletries, air conditioning, telephone, safe, Wi-Fi, satellite TV, telephone, flat-screen TV, and a balcony (D). Can also be booked as a single room (DE).

The rooms are located in the main building or in the outbuilding and have a twin bed and a walk-in shower, toilet, hairdryer, toiletries, air conditioning, telephone, safe, Wi-Fi, satellite TV, telephone, flat-screen TV, and a balcony with a side sea view (DMS/DIS).
Also available with a direct sea view (DM).

The junior suites are located in the main building and have a living/sleeping area with a double bed and a sofa bed, a bathtub or shower/toilet, hairdryer, toiletries, air conditioning, telephone, safe, Wi-Fi, satellite TV, telephone, flat-screen TV, and a balcony (JS2).

Breakfast (7-10:30 am), lunch (12:30-2:30 pm) and dinner (6:30-9:30 pm) in the main restaurant served as a buffet.
Optional dinner at the tavern (1 x per stay, reservation required).
During the day, the pool bar and beach bar offer snacks as well as local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks from 10 am to 6 pm.
In the evening, the Kassandra Bar is open from 6 pm to 1 am and offers a selection of local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks as well as cocktails.

Notice for climate resilience levy

For stays from 01.01.2018 onwards, the Greek government charges a climate resilience levy, which must be paid by the guest on-site, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and ranges from 0.50 Euros to 15 Euros per day and room from 01.01.2025.
