The family-friendly hotel is quietly located directly on the sand/pebble beach. The center of Kriopigi is approx. 1.5 km away. A public bus stop is located on the main road, approx. 50 m away. Thessaloniki Airport is approx. 85 km away.

The spacious and tastefully decorated hotel complex consists of a main building and family rooms located in annex buildings. The hotel has a total of 260 rooms, a reception area with a 24-hour reception, a mini-market, a lobby bar, an ice cream corner, and the main restaurant "Groove" with a terrace. There is also a lounge area "Under The Palm House" with a bar and various tables for social or card games. A conference room is also available.
In the beautifully landscaped garden area, you will find the swimming pool with sun terrace, the "Oasis Pool Bar", as well as the "Magnolia Mediterranean" restaurant, the Asian/Peruvian restaurant "Fiki Fiki" (for a fee), the brunch restaurant "Ninemia" (for a fee), and a beach bar. Sun loungers and umbrellas are included by the pool and on the beach. Towels are provided free of charge. Wi-Fi is included throughout the property.

Double Room

The modernly furnished double rooms have a double bed with bath/WC, bathrobes and slippers, hairdryer, toiletries, refrigerator (refilled daily with a bottle of water), telephone, satellite TV, safe, coffee/tea maker, air conditioning, and balcony (D/DA).
Also available for single use (DE), as a double room with sea view (DM/DMA), for single use with sea view (DEM), or as a double room with panorama sea view (2RA).

Deluxe Double Room

With otherwise identical amenities to the double rooms, the Deluxe rooms are more spacious (DD2/D2I). Also available with a side sea view (DDS/2I).

Family Suite

The family suites are located in the new annex building and, with the same amenities as the Deluxe rooms, have a living/sleeping area with 2 sofa beds and a separate bedroom (FSG). Also bookable as a suite with the same amenities (GS2).

Family Suite with Garden Access

The family suites with garden access are located on the ground floor with the same amenities as the family suites and have a terrace with direct access to the garden (TFG).

Suite Sea View

The suites, renovated for Summer 2025, consist of a living room and a separate bedroom, bathroom with walk-in shower, WC, hairdryer, toiletries, bathrobes and slippers, air conditioning, telephone, 2 satellite TVs, safe, mini-fridge (daily refill with a bottle of water), coffee/tea maker, and espresso machine. Balcony with sea view (S2M).

Meals

Breakfast/Half Board/Full Board

Varied breakfast buffet from 7:30 AM to 11 AM.
With half board, a dinner buffet is also available from 7 PM to 9:30 PM.
For an additional charge, dinner and drinks can also be enjoyed in the à la carte restaurant.
In the beautiful and tranquil atmosphere of the à la carte restaurant "Magnolia Mediterranean Restaurant" (a few minutes from the beach), authentic local cuisine is a delicious specialty. All menus are methodically designed, focusing on taste and the best food quality by Chef Dimitrios Makriniotis.
When booking full board, lunch is also available at the à la carte restaurant Magnolia Mediterranean Restaurant.
Appropriate attire is requested (no swimwear).

Note on Climate Resilience Levy

For stays from January 1, 2018, the Greek government levies a climate resilience tax, which must be paid by the guest locally, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and will be tiered from 0.50 Euro to 15 Euros per day and room starting from January 1, 2025.
For stays in high season from April 1 to October 31:
National category 1-2 stars: 2 Euros
