Location

The hotel is located directly on the long, Blue Flag sandy beach of Kalithea. The town center, situated above, is about 200m away. Kalithea offers numerous shops, bars, cafes, restaurants, and a public bus stop. Recently, a small archaeological site with interesting findings was uncovered here. The airport is approximately 80 km away.

The popular, completely renovated boutique hotel features 126 rooms, a 24-hour reception with lobby, a bar, a cocktail bar (for a fee), elevators, 1 main restaurant "Estia", 1 à la carte restaurant "Greco's Mediterranean Cuisine" (for a fee), a lounge, TV corner, a (heated in April, May, and October) swimming pool with a separate children's pool (heated in April and October), and a pool bar (Fresco Bio Healthy Bar, for a fee). Wi-Fi is included throughout the property. Beach towels, sun loungers, and umbrellas are included by the pool and on the beach.

Super Saver Room

The modernly furnished rooms are located on the first floor and feature a shower/WC, toiletries, hairdryer, slippers, air conditioning, a double bed, telephone, 43" satellite TV, safe, Nespresso machine, mini-fridge/minibar (on request for a fee), 1 bottle of water on arrival, sun loungers on the beach, balcony, and garden view (SSZ).

Deluxe Double Room

With the same amenities as the Super Saver Rooms, these rooms have a double bed and an extra bed (DD2). Available as single occupancy (DD1) or with sea view (DDM).

Premium Deluxe Double Room with Sea View

In addition to the same amenities as the Deluxe Double Rooms, the Premium Rooms offer toiletries and bathrobes, a Nespresso machine (replenished daily), and a stocked minibar upon arrival (4 soft drinks and 1 beer), as well as a bottle of wine in the room (P2M).

Note on Climate Resilience Levy
