Location

The hotel complex, newly built for summer 2024, is located in the picturesque town of Hanioti, only about 550 m from the nearest beach.
The town center with numerous entertainment options is only about 300 m away, and the airport is about 91 km away.

Facilities

Designed for the highest possible quality and the best comfort, the new boutique hotel "Luuks Luxury Accommodation" opens with a modern, elegant design.
With a total of only 23 state-of-the-art rooms, a lobby with a reception (7 AM - 11 PM), this small complex is the ideal accommodation for all guests with high expectations.
The new garden area offers a spacious swimming pool with free sun loungers and umbrellas, as well as a pool bar that serves a variety of snacks and drinks during the day. Bath towels are provided free of charge to all guests, and Wi-Fi is included throughout the hotel complex.

Each of the new double rooms features a king-size bed, a bathroom with shower/toilet, hairdryer, and toiletries, telephone, satellite TV, individually controlled air conditioning, wake-up service, wardrobe, safe, Wi-Fi, and a furnished balcony or terrace (DD2).
Also bookable as a Super Saver Deluxe Room (X2J) or for single occupancy (DD1).

Deluxe Double Room with Pool View

With identical amenities, these rooms feature a furnished balcony or terrace with a pool view (DPB).
Also bookable as a Deluxe Double Room Pool Front on the ground floor (2UQ).

Deluxe Double Room Superior

The brand-new Deluxe Superior Double Rooms feature a modern and contemporary design, a double bed, and a pull-out bed for the 3rd person, a bathroom with shower/toilet, hairdryer, and toiletries, flat-screen satellite TV, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a mini-fridge (empty), and a furnished balcony or terrace (SDX).

Deluxe Apartment

With identical basic amenities, the Deluxe Apartments are spread over 2 levels and feature a bedroom with a double bed upstairs and a sleeping area with 2 single beds downstairs (2 bathrooms) (AL).

Note on climate resilience fee

For stays from January 1, 2018, the Greek government levies a climate resilience fee, which must be paid by the guest locally, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and will be tiered from 0.50 Euros to 15 Euros per day per room from January 1, 2025.
