Located directly on the gently sloping, long sandy/pebble beach in a beautiful, green setting. The center of Gerakina with shops and tavernas is about 800m away.

The family-run holiday complex has 49 accommodation units on 2 floors, a reception hall with reception (rental safes), a lounge area, bar, air-conditioned restaurant and a pavilion with a satellite TV corner (several German programs, big screen). In the large garden area, there is a swimming pool with sun terrace leading to the sea and a partly covered pool/snackbar (lunch à la carte possible for a fee) with a seating terrace. Sun loungers and umbrellas are included by the pool, and available for a fee on the beach.

Studio side sea view

The studios have a bathtub or shower/WC, hairdryer, a combined living/sleeping area, individual air conditioning, telephone, Wi-Fi (free of charge), mini-fridge, satellite TV (several German programs), balcony or terrace, and side sea view (M2S).

Studio Superior side sea view

The Studio Superior are modernly furnished, renovated and, with the same amenities as the Studios side sea view, have a minibar (for a fee) and additionally a coffee/tea maker, a safe, and side sea view (2MT).

Family Room

The family rooms are also renovated and, with the same amenities as the Studio Superior, have a separate bedroom and no side sea view (DF2).

Resilience Fee Information

For stays from 01.01.2018 onwards, the Greek government is levying a resilience fee, which is to be paid by the guest on site, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and will be tiered from €0.50 to €15 per day and room from 01.01.2025.
