Location

The Baltic Sea resort of Damp is idyllically situated on the coast between Kiel (approx. 50 km) and Flensburg (approx. 60 km). With its fine sandy beach, which is around 4 km long, it is one of Northern Germany's most beautiful holiday destinations. Located in the heart of this popular resort, the Osteseehotel Midgard and the cozily designed holiday home park are nestled within the family-friendly Osteseeresort Damp. Emphasis is placed on nature, tranquility, and relaxation. The almost car-free resort offers numerous amenities within easy walking distance, perfect for relaxed days by the sea. Right on your doorstep, the wide beach with its own marina invites you to sunbathe, swim, or take a stroll. The charming Baltic Sea towns of Eckernförde and Kappeln are also just a few kilometers away and are ideal for a day trip.

Facilities

The spacious and well-maintained Baltic Sea resort offers guests a comprehensive infrastructure for a completely relaxing stay. The hotel, centrally located by the marina, features 400 comfortable rooms and is complemented by 207 cozy holiday homes that blend harmoniously into the green surroundings. Inside the hotel, you'll find a spacious lobby with a reception and a stylish hotel bar for relaxed evenings. Adjacent are three different restaurants, including an à la carte restaurant, a buffet restaurant, and a seasonally open American Diner. For culinary variety and daily convenience, there is also a supermarket with an integrated bakery, a boutique, a souvenir shop, and a cocktail bar with a maritime flair.

Double Room Comfort

The Comfort Double Rooms (DKO/DKA, approx. 25 sqm) are equipped with a king-size bed and feature a 32-inch flat-screen TV and safe, a bathroom with shower/WC and hairdryer, as well as a furnished balcony. The rooms face the land side.
Double rooms are also available for single occupancy (EKO), as economy rooms for double (DCS) or single occupancy (CS1), and with sea view.

Double Room Comfort Sea View

The Comfort Double Rooms with Sea View (KM2, CM), otherwise identically equipped to the Double Rooms Comfort, face the sea side.
Double rooms are also available for single occupancy (KM1) or as Superior Double Rooms with Sea View for double (SKM) or single occupancy (MKS).

Double Room Superior

The Superior Double Rooms (DSU, DAS, approx. 31 sqm), otherwise identically equipped to the Comfort Double Rooms, feature a 40-inch flat-screen TV, a refrigerator (unstocked), a coffee machine, and a panorama seating bench, as well as a shower room with a separate WC.
The rooms are also available for single occupancy (ESU) or as Superior Economy Rooms for double (2US) or single occupancy (1US), and with sea view (DMU/DSM/2SP/1SP).

Double Room Superior Sea View

The Superior Double Rooms with Sea View (DSM), otherwise identically equipped to the Superior Double Rooms, offer sea views. The rooms are also available for single use (EMU) or as Superior Double Rooms with Sea View Economy for double (2SP) or single occupancy (1SP).

Family Suite

The Family Suites (SF2, approx. 50 sqm) consist of a living room with a large corner sofa, a 40-inch flat-screen TV, a refrigerator (unstocked), a coffee machine, and a safe, two separate bedrooms, one with a king-size bed and one with bunk beds in the style of a Viking ship, a shower room with a children's washbasin and hairdryer, and a separate toilet, as well as a furnished balcony. The suites face the land side.
Also available as an Economy Family Suite (SFZ), as a special contingent (ASF), as a Family Suite Sea View (2FM, SFM), or as an Economy Family Suite Sea View (MFZ).
