Location

Restored according to historical models, the Elbresidenz, known as the Pearl of Saxon Switzerland, is located directly on the Elbe River, surrounded by the beautiful and unique Elbe Sandstone Mountains. Bad Schandau's market square is within walking distance. Directly at the hotel, there is a pier for the "Saxon Steamship Company," an ideal starting point for a romantic cruise on the Elbe. Other excursion destinations nearby include the Botanical Garden and the Saxon Switzerland National Park Centre. For those who wish to explore the surroundings by bike, the Elbe Cycle Route is available. It passes directly by the hotel, among other places. The train station is approximately 1.8 km away, and the nearest airport is in Dresden (approx. 60 km away).

The bright and stylishly furnished Double Rooms Superior (DSU, 26-30 m²) with high-quality oak parquet flooring create a pleasant feel-good atmosphere and offer a bathroom with a bath or shower/WC, hairdryer, bathrobes, and slippers for your stay, flat-screen TV, telephone, safe, minibar (1 bottle of mineral water free of charge), free Wi-Fi, and a charming view of the inner courtyard or the historic market square.

The Double Rooms Deluxe (DD2, approx. 26-30 m²) are slightly larger than the Double Rooms Superior and also feature a desk with writing utensils and a balcony with seating.
