Location

Located in the heart of the Harz Mountains nature and leisure region, directly at the foot of the Wurmberg mountain, the AHORN Hotel in Braunlage offers numerous opportunities and experiences for nature and hiking enthusiasts as well as families. These include AlpakHARZ (approx. 1.7 km away), the Wurmberg cable car and the mountain adventure world (approx. 450m away). The nearest hiking trail starts directly at the hotel, and the train stations of Bad Harzburg and Wernigerode are approximately 24 km away.

Facilities

With almost 300 rooms, the hotel is a comfortable accommodation with comprehensive facilities. These include an inviting lobby, a reception, a restaurant, and an à la carte restaurant. After an eventful day, guests can relax with a drink at the lobby bar or on the lobby bar terrace. For those seeking relaxation, there is an indoor pool and a seasonal outdoor pool, a fitness room, and a sauna. Free Wi-Fi is available to guests at all times.
