Location

The hotel is located in the center of Sveti Konstantin within extensive gardens, sharing facilities with its sister hotel, Estreya Residence. The sandy beach is approximately 250 m away. Restaurants and shopping facilities are in the immediate vicinity of the hotel. The famous thermal springs of Sveti Konstantin are about a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel. The transfer time from the airport to the hotel is approximately 35 minutes.

The reception, lobby, and lobby bar are located in the sister hotel Estreya Residence (VAR017). The Medi-Spa center and the spectacular wine cellar with house wines are situated on the shared grounds. A hotel restaurant with a terrace and a beautiful garden featuring relaxation areas and benches, as well as a swimming pool with a pool bar, ensure well-being and tranquility. Sun loungers and umbrellas are available to guests at the pool free of charge. The indoor and outdoor pools are filled with thermal water.

Double Room

The double rooms are tastefully furnished with 2 single beds, an additional pull-out armchair or single sofa, shower/WC, hairdryer, satellite TV, refrigerator, telephone, air conditioning, and a balcony (D). Also available for single occupancy (DE) at an additional charge.

Super Saver Room

The Super Saver Rooms offer similar amenities to the double rooms and are located on the 4th floor under the pitched roof. They feature two single beds but are slightly smaller due to the sloping ceiling. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, and they also have a smaller, glass-enclosed balcony (SSZ).

Studio

The studios are furnished similarly to the double rooms and feature a double bed, plus two additional pull-out sofa beds, air conditioning, shower/WC, and a lovely furnished balcony (S12).

Meals

Bed & Breakfast, Half Board and All Inclusive

Breakfast and dinner are served buffet-style. Non-alcoholic beverages, wine, and beer are included with dinner.
During the period from July 1st to August 31st, Bed & Breakfast is not offered.

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are served buffet-style in the hotel restaurant. Non-alcoholic beverages, as well as local wine and beer, are included with meals. From approximately 10 AM to 10 PM, non-alcoholic and local alcoholic beverages are available at one of the bars. Snacks are available at the bars, and from approximately 3 PM to 5 PM, tea, coffee, ice cream, and pastries are served at one of the bars.
