The hotel is located about 50 m from the fine sandy beach. It is quietly situated in the rear area of the sister hotels GRIFID Vistamar and GRIFID Metropol. A hotel-owned water park and multifunctional sports field can be reached directly via the terraced garden. The lively center of Golden Sands with its diverse entertainment and shopping facilities is about 500 m from the hotel. Transfer time from Varna Airport: approx. 40 minutes

The spacious hotel, particularly popular with families, has 296 rooms, which will be newly and tastefully designed in winter 2025/26. The rooms are spread across 8 floors in the main building and 6 floors in the two annex buildings. The hotel facade, renovated for the 2025 season, impresses with its modern and refreshing design. The facilities include a lobby with a reception, elevators, a lounge bar with a terrace, a stylishly designed main buffet restaurant, 4 à la carte restaurants (including the renovated Asian and Italian restaurants, the fish restaurant, and the traditional Bulgarian restaurant), a coffee and pastry corner, a GRIFID logo shop, a snack terrace, and a beach bar. In the spacious and beautifully designed garden area with a new sun terrace, there are 2 swimming pools with a pool bar. Sun loungers, umbrellas, and bath towels are included by the pool and at the beach subject to availability (2 sun loungers and 1 umbrella per room included). Additionally, the hotel has an indoor pool and a unique aquapark for all ages with free entry for hotel guests (open June-September/weather permitting). Use of the adult slides is only permitted for individuals with a height of 1.40 m or taller. Furthermore, the multifunctional sports field allows for numerous activities for guests who like to be active during their holiday.

The family rooms, newly renovated in 2025, feature, with otherwise the same amenities as the double rooms, a living/sleeping area and a separate bedroom with 2 single beds (separated by a sliding door). Further amenities include a shower/WC, a coffee/tea maker, and laminate flooring (DF2).

The super saver rooms are, with otherwise the same amenities as the double rooms, slightly smaller and may be located in a less advantageous position (SSZ).

Katta's Double Room

Katta's double rooms, with otherwise the same amenities as the newly designed double rooms, are additionally child- and family-friendly, decorated with cheerful Katta motifs on the walls, and feature many small extras that will make the stay a special experience for the little guests. These include, for example, children's bathrobes or towels with Katta motifs, a child's step stool for the sink, a small children's table with two chairs, two cozy little beanbags, and a height chart for children with cute Katta motifs (DZK).

Katta's Family Room

Katta's family rooms, with otherwise the same amenities as the newly designed family rooms with connecting doors, also feature a fun design for the bunk beds in the children's room and have an additional entrance. In addition, the child- and family-friendly decoration with cheerful Katta motifs on the walls delights guests and surprises them with many small extras that will make the stay a special experience for the little guests. These include, for example, children's bathrobes or towels with Katta motifs, a child's step stool for the sink, a small children's table with two chairs, two cozy little beanbags, and a height chart for children with cute Katta motifs (KWF).

Deluxe Double Room (VARA58)

The deluxe rooms, decorated in a traditional style, offer twin beds, 1 extra bed (sofa bed), laminate flooring, minibar (free of charge), balcony, internet (free of charge), safe (free of charge) and satellite TV, as well as centrally controlled air conditioning (from May to October) and a bathroom with a shower (DD2). Also bookable as a single occupancy (DD1).

All Inclusive

Ultra All Inclusive

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are served buffet-style in the main restaurant, including show cooking. Twice a week, there are themed evenings and BBQ evenings in the garden (July and August). Dinner is available at the à la carte restaurants (Asian, Italian, Bulgarian, and a fish restaurant; reservations required). Late risers can enjoy à la carte breakfast at the food court from 8:30 AM to 10 AM, a late riser breakfast additionally from approximately 10 AM to 12 PM, and warm snacks/lunch at the terrace restaurant (approx. 1 PM to 5 PM). Homemade pastries, ice cream, and coffee/tea are available (approx. 10 AM to 12 PM and from approx. 2:30 PM to 5 PM) at the coffee and pastry corner. Local and imported alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages are served at the bars that are open (9 AM to 12 AM). Local drinks are available at the beach bar (approx. 10 AM to 5 PM). The minibar is replenished daily with non-alcoholic drinks, water, and beer. Every 10 days, a gala dinner is held in the buffet restaurant.
GRIFID Dine-Around Program (reservations required): In selected à la carte restaurants of the Grifid Vistamar and Grifid Metropol hotels (16+). As a special highlight, molecular gourmet cuisine awaits you here, among other things.
Guests of all GRIFID Group hotels can use the All Inclusive service until their transfer pick-up time.
When visiting the GRIFID Aqua Park, snacks and soft drinks at the water park's snack bar are included for guests of the GRIFID Vistamar hotel. Soft drinks are included for guests and visitors of other GRIFID hotels.

Multifunctional sports field, tennis, football (floodlit at a fee), volleyball and basketball court, boccia, table tennis, darts, billiards, fitness room, air rifle shooting, indoor pool, a well-being zone with various activities such as aerobics, Pilates, Zumba, Tae Bo, Fit Ball, relaxing beach walks, Nordic walking, and hiking.

"Katta's Holiday"
Dear children, do you know what I love to do most? Go on holiday, of course! Wouldn't you like to visit me at the hotel for a few days and have a holiday with me? We can play, craft, solve puzzles, and read stories together. In the evening, we'll rock the mini-disco. I'll give every child a personal travel diary. So, how does that sound?

In addition, the hotel offers a fun mini-club daily for children aged 4-12 from approx. 10 AM - 12 PM and from approx. 3 PM - 5:30 PM. For the little ones, there is a mini-club in the form of a pirate ship, as well as a bouncy castle, a climbing playground, children's animation, mini-disco, kids' yoga, and a children's show every 2 weeks. Healthy baby and children's menus are available in the à la carte restaurants. Additionally, lunch and dinner can be taken with the animators, and there is a special children's buffet for lunch and a separate seating area on the food court terrace.
