Location

The hotel, particularly popular with families, is located directly on the long beach in the northern part of Sunny Beach, separated from the beach only by the promenade. Shops and entertainment facilities are approximately 500 m away. Burgas Airport is about 30 km away, with a transfer time of approximately 40 minutes.

The extensive hotel complex has 633 rooms spread across a main building (3 floors, no elevator) and a premium building (elevator available). It offers guests a reception, elevator (only in the premium building), bars, a main buffet restaurant, and 3 additional à la carte restaurants (for a fee and with reservation), as well as a snack bar. The well-maintained outdoor area features 2 swimming pools with a sun terrace and pool bar. Sunbeds, umbrellas, and pool towels are included by the pool and on the beach (2 sunbeds and 1 umbrella per room, subject to availability).
The hotel has its own splash pool & water park; the slides are opened hourly and subject to weather conditions, under supervision. There are slides for adults and separate slides for children (only for those with a minimum height of 130 cm and weighing 35 kg. Lifeguards on site).

Accommodation

Double Room

The friendly furnished double rooms (approx. 24-26 sqm) have a shower/toilet, hairdryer, air conditioning, TV, safe (included), two single beds or one double bed, refrigerator/minibar (water, soft drinks, beer refilled daily for free), coffee/tea maker, and a balcony.
Available also for single use, facing the pool, or with a pool view.
Super Saver rooms have a limited availability and a special price, with otherwise the same amenities as the double rooms.
All rooms are located in the main building.

Single Room

The single rooms (approx. 15 sqm) are slightly smaller, with otherwise the same amenities as the double rooms, and are also located in the main building.

Family Room

The family rooms (approx. 28 sqm) are slightly more spacious than the double rooms with otherwise the same amenities, and additionally feature a visually separated sleeping area (one double bed and a bunk bed for children).

Family Suite

The family suites (approx. 39 sqm), with otherwise the same amenities as the double rooms, consist of two bedrooms, an open passage, no connecting door, and with either 1 or 2 bathrooms (with shower/toilet).

Premium Double Room

The Premium double rooms (approx. 24-26 sqm) are located in the premium building and are modernly and comfortably equipped with 2 single beds or one double bed, bath or shower/toilet, hairdryer, coffee/tea maker, air conditioning, TV, mini-fridge, Wi-Fi (included), safe (included), and a furnished balcony.
Premium double rooms with pool view or sea view, as well as for single use, can be booked for an additional charge.

Premium Apartment (On Request)

The Premium apartments (approx. 46 sqm) do not have a kitchenette, are located in the premium building, and consist of a living room with a sofa bed and a separate bedroom with a double bed, and have one or two bathrooms (bath/toilet or shower/toilet). Prices and availability are on request.

Extensive breakfast buffet from approx. 7:30 AM - 10 AM, lunch from approx. 12:30 PM - 2:30 PM, and dinner from approx. 6 PM - 9 PM in the main restaurant, each with show cooking, salads, soups, ice cream, fruit, and a wide buffet selection.
Dinner can also be enjoyed for an extra charge in one of the à la carte theme restaurants (Italian, Asian) from approx. 6:30 PM - 10:30 PM (reservations required, open June-September). In all restaurants, smart casual attire is requested in the evening (no swimwear, flip-flops, sleeveless shirts, or sportswear allowed).
Check-in after 2 PM and check-out by 11 AM. The UAI program starts on the day of arrival with lunch and ends on the day of departure with breakfast.

Entertainment program in winter months

Please note that outside the main holiday season (especially in April-May and October), hotels and club facilities may partially reduce their entertainment and leisure programs (e.g., animation, mini club, or water sports activities) as well as the opening hours of restaurants and bars due to the lower number of guests and potentially variable weather conditions.
