The hotel has 323 renovated double rooms, 21 apartments and 16 studios, spread across 10 floors.
Facilities include an elegant lobby area with reception, lobby bar, safe at reception (for a fee), elevators, TV corner, Wi-Fi (included), a main restaurant "Ambrosia" and the themed restaurant "Bendida" (both with outdoor terraces), as well as the à la carte restaurant "Crown Pub Steak House" (for a fee) invite you to enjoy balanced and excellent meals. In the outdoor area, there is a large swimming pool with a whirlpool, a pool bar and a separate children's pool (both pools were renovated in winter 25/26 and can be heated). Umbrellas and sun loungers are included by the pool and on the hotel's private beach section (subject to availability).

The double rooms are equipped with a shower/WC, hairdryer, centrally controlled air conditioning (hourly and weather-dependent), telephone, Wi-Fi (included), cable TV, mini-fridge, safe, kettle, and a balcony. Apartment sea view 1 bedroom without kitchenette

The apartments with 1 bedroom without kitchenette have, with otherwise the same equipment as the double rooms, a combined living/sleeping area (sofa bed and armchair) and a separate bedroom. (2AM)

With otherwise the same equipment as double rooms with side sea view (DMS). Optionally also bookable with sea view (DY2).

A 3-course dinner at the "Crown Pub Steak House" à la carte restaurant is included per stay (for a minimum stay of 7 nights, with reservation and drinks at an additional charge).

Sports included
