Location

The latest product from the renowned and popular HVD Group leaves nothing to be desired for holidaymakers. The luxurious hotel with 635 rooms impresses with its striking architecture. Across a total area of approximately 120,000 m², it offers all the amenities for an unforgettable holiday. In addition to a large and elegant lobby with a lobby bar and the main restaurant, the hotel also features a fine dining restaurant, "Belinda" (June-early September), the Beach Club (in the evening, a Mediterranean à la carte restaurant with reservation, open June-early September), a snack bar (in the evening, a Turkish à la carte restaurant), a patisserie, and various bars. Outdoors, there are three freshwater swimming pools and two children's pools with water slides. Numerous terraces and green areas invite you to relax and unwind. Further facilities include an indoor pool with a separate children's pool, a wellness area, and a fitness center. Evening entertainment takes place in the amphitheater, where another bar caters to guests' well-being. For younger guests, there is a kids' club, and the little ones are well looked after in the baby club. Sun loungers and umbrellas are included at the pool and on the beach.

Double Room, Land View

The Double Rooms with Land View (approx. 40 m²) are tastefully furnished with high-quality furniture, featuring two single beds, a double sofa bed, a spacious bathroom with shower/WC, a minibar (daily replenished with mineral water, beer, wine, soft drinks, chips, and sweets included), a safe (included), air conditioning (centrally controlled), Wi-Fi (included), a coffee/tea maker, and a balcony or terrace facing the land side (DL). Rooms with sea view (DM) or side sea view (DMS) are available at an additional charge. Also available for single occupancy (DEL) or as Single/Child rooms (D1K).

Family Room

The family rooms consist of two double rooms with land view (features as described for Double Room Land View) connected by a door (DF2).

Deluxe Suite Beachfront

The Deluxe Suites Beachfront (approx. 80 m²), exclusively contracted by Schauinsland-Reisen, are also tastefully and modernly furnished. They feature a bedroom with a double bed, a separate living area with a sofa bed or armchair, 2 bathrooms with shower/WC, toiletries, air conditioning (centrally controlled), a coffee/tea maker, and a balcony with direct sea view and a breathtaking location right on the beach (BSD).

Beachfront Lagoon Villa

The Beachfront Lagoon Villa is a two-story family suite (approx. 130 m²) with central air conditioning, a living room, two bedrooms (1x double bed, 2x single beds), two bathrooms with shower/WC, a balcony with pool view, and a terrace with direct access to the shared pool (for safety reasons, accommodation with children is only permitted from 6 years of age, and supervision is the responsibility of the guests, as there is no lifeguard on duty) (BLV).
Exclusive to Schauinsland-Reisen is the prime location in close proximity to the beach.

Beachfront River Villa

The Beachfront River Villa is a two-story family suite (approx. 130 m²) with garden view. While otherwise equipped the same as the Beachfront Lagoon Villa, it does not have direct access to the shared pool. Guests of the Beachfront River Villa have access to a separate premium beach area with sun loungers and umbrellas, as well as a drinks service (VRB).
Exclusive to Schauinsland-Reisen is the prime location in close proximity to the beach.

Super Saver Room

These rooms have the same amenities as the Double Rooms but are available in limited quantities and at a special price (SSZ).

Apartment 1 Bedroom (without kitchenette)

The Apartment 1 Bedroom without kitchenette (approx. 80 m²) is also tastefully and modernly furnished, featuring a living/sleeping area with a sofa bed or armchair, a separate bedroom with a double bed, 2 bathrooms with shower/WC, toiletries, centrally controlled air conditioning, and a coffee/tea maker, plus a balcony facing the land side (A12).

Suite (BOJB02, from Summer 2026)

The spacious and modernly furnished suite with park view consists of a bedroom with a king-size bed and a separate living area with a double sofa bed, as well as a bathroom with shower/WC. It also includes a kettle, minibar (free of charge), balcony, internet, safe, capsule coffee machine (free of charge), and satellite TV with local channels, along with centrally controlled air conditioning (approx. 80m², S2). Optionally available with sea view (S2M).

The main buffet restaurant is located in the main building next to the reception.
