Location

The hotel is located about 1.5 km from the gently sloping public sandy beach. The famous Aqua Park Nessebar with over 35 water attractions is right next door. Shops and entertainment facilities are in the vicinity, and the beautiful old town of Nessebar is about 3 km away. Burgas Airport is about 25 km away. The transfer time is approximately 40 minutes.

The beautiful family hotel opened in 2019 and is one of the most popular aquapark hotels in Europe. It consists of three buildings with a total of 432 accommodation units. The main building has 5 floors and 222 rooms. The facilities include a large lobby with a 24-hour reception and lobby bar, lifts, a souvenir shop, a kiosk, and a hair salon. The hotel has a main buffet restaurant and additionally two specialty restaurants (Italian and Fusion, for a fee and buffet style). The spacious outdoor area features a garden with a sun terrace and 4 swimming pools, including a separate children's area (2 pools are relaxation pools for adults), as well as the Aqua Park "Nessebar" (admission, drinks, and snacks included; open approx. May 10th - September 27th, weather permitting). The hotel also has an indoor pool (heated in May and September) and a jacuzzi. All pools are freshwater pools. Further facilities include a cafe, two pool bars, two snack bars, and two other bars. A hotel bus service (for a fee) is available for trips to Nessebar and the beach.

Double Room

The nicely furnished double rooms (approx. 26-30 sqm) are located in the annex buildings and feature a bath/shower/toilet, sofa bed, cosmetic mirror, air conditioning, safe (included), satellite TV (with some German-speaking channels), Wi-Fi (included), coffee/tea maker (on request at reception), water in the room upon arrival (included), and a balcony or terrace with garden or pool view. Double rooms for single use are also available at an additional charge.

Double Room Superior

Double Superior rooms (approx. 31-35 sqm), with otherwise the same amenities as the double rooms, feature a sofa bed and are located in the main building.

1 Bedroom Apartment without kitchenette

The 1-bedroom apartments without kitchenette (approx. 51-60 sqm) are located in the main building and consist of a combined living/sleeping area and a separate bedroom. Further amenities include a sofa bed, bath/WC or shower/WC with a separate toilet, cosmetic mirror, air conditioning, safe (included), satellite TV (German-speaking and local channels, flat screen), Wi-Fi (included), coffee/tea maker (on request at reception), water in the room upon arrival (included), and a balcony or terrace with garden or pool view.

All meals are served buffet-style.
Breakfast from approx. 7-10 am, lunch from approx. 12:30-3 pm, and dinner from approx. 6:30-9:30 pm. Snacks from approx. 10 am - 6:30 pm at designated bars.
The specialty buffet restaurant "Adria" offers Italian cuisine from approx. 6:30-9:30 pm, and the specialty restaurant "Baltic" (à la carte) offers Fusion cuisine (breakfast from June 1st - September 15th, approx. 8:30-10:30 am, and dinner from approx. 6:30-9:30 pm. Selected drinks included). For stays of 4-5 nights, one breakfast and one dinner are included; for stays of 6 nights or more, 2 breakfasts and 2 dinners are included. For shorter stays or additional visits, a service fee of approx. €25 per adult and approx. €13 per child up to 11 years old will be charged (reservations are required for specialty restaurants and are subject to availability). Local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are available from approx. 10 am to 11 pm at the open bars and restaurants. Imported drinks and all other extras not on the AI menu are subject to a fee. Guests under 18 years of age will not be served alcohol.
Appropriate attire is requested in the restaurants (swimwear is not permitted).
Admission to Aqua Park "Nessebar" is included for hotel guests. Local non-alcoholic drinks, beer, wine, coffee/tea, and selected snacks are included in the park (opening hours and further information about the Aqua Park can be found under Hotel Information).

Sports included

Fitness room, volleyball, basketball, and football as part of the sports animation program.

Bowling alley, table tennis, billiards, darts, table football, tennis (1 hard court at the hotel), and tennis equipment rental.
