The new luxury hotel is situated against the impressive backdrop of the Hajar Mountains and directly on the hotel's private sandy beach, offering spectacular views of the Indian Ocean. Dubai Airport (DXB) is approximately 150 km away.

The unique beach resort offers 198 rooms spread over 7 floors.
Facilities include a 24-hour reception, the buffet restaurant "The Restaurant", and the à la carte restaurant "Salia Beach Restaurant" (reservation required), a lounge cafe, and various bars.
The beautifully designed outdoor area features three swimming pools. Sun loungers, umbrellas, and bath towels are included by the pool and on the beach. A Fitness Club provides opportunities for physical activity.

Deluxe Double Room

Approximately 38 m², all Deluxe Double Rooms (DD2/DD1) are very spacious and feature a bath/shower/toilet, hairdryer, TV, telephone, Wi-Fi, safe, minibar (for a fee), air conditioning, iron and ironing board, as well as coffee/tea making facilities and mountain views, plus a French balcony. For an additional charge, rooms with a balcony and pool view, or sea view with balcony are also available.
Also bookable at an extra charge as Deluxe Double Room Poolview (D2P/DPE) or Deluxe Double Room Sea View (DDM/DM1).
