Location

The luxury hotel boasts an exceptional location on the man-made Palm Island.
Situated at the highest point of the outer ring, the resort offers views of the Arabian Gulf on one side and the famous Palm Jumeirah on the other.
The long, private sandy beach is directly accessible from the hotel.
Dubai city is approximately 20 km away, and Dubai Airport (DXB) is approximately 35 km away.

Facilities

The stylish hotel features a total of 132 rooms and suites. The facilities include a lobby with a reception area.
A culinary variety is offered by the main restaurant "Envy" with Mediterranean cuisine, the Fluid Beach Club, a bar, and a food truck by the pool. The gastronomic offerings are complemented by the "Mimo" café.
Two infinity swimming pools and a separate children's pool in the outdoor area provide fun and relaxation. Beach towels, sun loungers, and parasols are available free of charge by the pool and on the beach.
The "Fluid Beach Club" is reserved for guests aged 21 and over and offers à la carte food and drinks in a relaxed atmosphere. Throughout the day, visitors can enjoy pure sunshine and panoramic views of the Palm and Dubai's iconic skyline.

Deluxe Double Room

The spacious and comfortably furnished Deluxe Double Rooms (DD2/DD1) are approximately 27 sqm in size and feature a shower/WC, hairdryer, telephone, safe, satellite TV, air conditioning, and Wi-Fi.
Upon request and for an additional charge, they are also available as Double Rooms with Sea View (DM/DEM) and Double Rooms with Palm View (DPV/1DP).

One-Bedroom Suite Ocean View

The One-Bedroom Suites Ocean View (OBO) also feature sea views.

Every occupant of a hotel room in Dubai is required to pay a tourist tax to the Emirate of Dubai. The fee is to be paid exclusively on-site in cash upon checkout. Prices are per room per night:
