The exclusive hotel is located directly on the 800 m long, fine sandy private beach and, together with the JA Beach Hotel and the JA Lake View Hotel, forms JA The Resort. It is only approx. 30 minutes from the shopping promenade "Dubai Marina Walk" in Dubai Marina. A free shuttle bus runs to various malls, to Dubai Parks & Resorts and to the "Gold Spice Souk" in Deira. Dubai Airport is about 40 minutes away.

Amenities include the lobby with reception, various restaurants and bars (including Italian, Southeast Asian, Indian, Mexican, and daily changing theme buffets), a hairdresser, a jeweler, a beauty salon, and a shopping arcade. The extensive, beautifully landscaped garden area features six heated freshwater pools and one seawater pool (exclusively for The Residence Suite guests and Premium Suite guests of JA Beach Hotel and JA Lake View Hotel), two separate children's pools, sun terraces, and two pool bars. Sun loungers, umbrellas, and bath towels are included by the pools and on the beach. The pools of the JA Beach Hotel and JA Lake View Hotel can also be used.
