The hotel is ideally located directly on the long sandy beach of Beruwela, with the town center reachable in about a ten-minute drive. Colombo International Airport is approximately 95 kilometers away.

The beaches are generally public. Depending on currents and weather conditions, sand may be eroded from the beach.
