Located on a spit of land between the sea and a river lagoon on Bentota beach. The town center is approximately 5 km away. A hotel boat takes you directly across the river to the hotel. The transfer time from Colombo Airport is approximately 2 hours.

The modern and luxurious hotel belonging to the well-known "NH Hotels" chain offers a total of 165 modern rooms and suites spread throughout the complex. For dining, there are three restaurants and three bars: The all-day dining restaurant "Café Bem" serves Asian and international delicacies throughout the day.
