Location

The Hard Rock Hotel Maldives, newly opened in June 2019, is located in the North Male Atoll on an island that is 490 m long and 132 m wide, featuring beautiful white sandy beaches and tropical vegetation. Due to the short transfer times and the diverse leisure activities on the island, it is perfect for Maledives first-timers, honeymooners, and families. Male Airport is approximately a 15-minute speedboat ride away.

The modern resort, in the style of Hard Rock Hotels, offers a total of 178 rooms and villas on land and overwater. Amenities include an open reception area with a reception desk, a souvenir shop, and a boutique. For dining, there is the all-day dining restaurant "Sessions" serving international cuisine, a specialty restaurant "The Elephant and The Butterfly" with international and Mexican dishes, the typical "Hard Rock Café" with international cuisine, and a pool bar. The infinity pool invites you to relax and unwind, with loungers, cushions, and umbrellas provided free of charge. Further entertainment options are located on the island "Marina," approximately 500 m away and accessible via a jetty. "Marina" features a beach club, a duty-free shop, the Maldives Discovery Center, a marina, various restaurants, and much more.

Silver Sky Studio

The studios are approximately 46 sqm, located on the upper floor, and feature a bathroom with a bath or shower/toilet, bathrobe/slippers, cosmetic mirror, hairdryer, signature toiletries, air conditioning, ceiling fan, 43-inch LCD TV with IPTV, soundbar, safe, minibar (for a fee), tea/coffee maker, furnished balcony, and sea view.

Silver Beach Studio

With the same amenities and size, these rooms are on the ground floor and feature a furnished terrace.

Beach Villa

Similar to the Silver Sky Studios, but larger at approximately 62 sqm, also featuring a sofa and a furnished terrace (from April 1st, 2022, a private pool option is also available at an extra charge).

With the same amenities as the Silver Sky Studios (approx. 75m² including outdoor area) and overwater, built into the lagoon with a private sundeck, loungers, and direct access to the sea.

Premium All Inclusive

In addition to the All-Inclusive services, Premium All Inclusive includes alcoholic and non-alcoholic premium drinks by the glass at the open bars. Guests also receive a 30% discount on food and drinks within room service, as well as a 30% discount on spa treatments.

Sports included

Non-motorized water sports such as catamaran, snorkeling (equipment for a fee), canoe, kayak, stand-up paddling, jet ski, banana boat, and pedal boat.

Speedboat: Operates for estimated arrival/departure between 5 AM and 11 PM // Domestic flight: Operates for arrivals/departures approximately between 9:30 AM and 4 PM // Seaplane: Operates for arrivals/departures approximately between 9 AM and 3 PM.
Waiting times of 3 hours or more for onward transfer are possible.
Seaplane transfers may involve 1-2 stopovers.
For arrivals/departures outside the above times, in case of bad weather, or for longer waiting times during immigration, an overnight stay in Male may be required.
Seaplane flights and most boat transfers (depending on island location) and currently often domestic flights only operate during daylight hours. Therefore, an overnight stay in Male may be necessary.
