Location

The resort is located in the Shaviyayni Atoll on the island of Vagaru (approx. 575 m long and 225 m wide) with an unspoiled sandy beach and stunning flora and fauna. The island has a length of approx. 1000 meters and a width of approx. 225 meters. Transfer is by seaplane (approx. 55 minutes).

The resort has a total of 60 villas. Amenities include a 24-hour reception, a library, a Spa by JW with a 24-hour fitness studio and yoga pavilion. For your culinary well-being, there are a total of five restaurants and three bars, including the main restaurant "Aailaa" with international cuisine, "Fiamma" for Italian, or the "Shio" restaurant specializing in seafood and grilled dishes. Furthermore, "Hashi" offers Japanese cuisine, and fans of Thai cuisine will be delighted at "Kaashi", located in a treehouse. Additionally, the resort features a Rum Baan with 98 different varieties. Besides private villa pools, the resort also offers two large swimming pools, with "Pool 18" being adults-only. Beach towels, sun loungers, and umbrellas are available free of charge on the beach and by the pools.

Overwater Pool Villa Sunrise

The Overwater Pool Villas Sunrise are approx. 234 m² and feature a bathroom with shower/toilet, bathtub, hairdryer, bathrobes, slippers, air conditioning, safe, telephone, satellite TV, coffee/tea maker, minibar (for a fee), and a terrace with seating, a private pool, and direct access to the sea. Villas are also available on the sunset side at an additional charge.

Beach Pool Villa Sunrise

With the same amenities as the Overwater Pool Villa Sunrise, these villas are slightly larger (approx. 248 m²) and are located on the sunrise side of the resort, with direct access to the beach.

Waiting times of 3 hours or more for onward transfer are possible.
There may be 1-2 stopovers on seaplane transfers.
For arrivals/departures outside the above times, in case of bad weather, or for long waits at immigration, an overnight stay in Male may be required.
Seaplane flights and most boat transfers (depending on the island's location) as well as most domestic flights usually only operate during the day. Therefore, an overnight stay in Male may be necessary.
